Základní suroviny jako káva a čaj. Prostorná terasa. Vybavení kuchyně je omezené, chybí třeba mikrovlnná trouba. Ale pro kratký pobyt dostačující. Redukce na EU zásuvku. V bytě byla jedna nefunkční a druhá pevně umístěná. Nešlo tak nabíjet mobil u postele.

Також зручне та досить вдале розташування. Гран ціна у порівнянні ціна-якість Єдине, що я б додала до номера — це маленьку каструлю та можливість регулярної зміни рушників для ще більшого комфорту під час проживання.

• Opra Renata (10/5): Recomand - Ne-am simțit foarte bine în acest apartament. Totul a fost curat, confortabil și bine organizat. Apartamentul a fost dotat cu tot strictul necesar, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă. Gazda a fost amabilă, iar cazarea a corespuns perfect descrierii. Recomandăm cu drag acest loc. Pentru persoanele mai pretențioase, un posibil dezavantaj ar fi lipsa încălzirii centrale. Căldura se poate face cu aerul condiționat, dar pe noi nu ne-a deranjat. În rest, nu avem nimic de reproșat.

• Elina (8/5): Eine gepflegte und schöne Unterkunft mitten in Larnaca, optimal für kurze Trips. - Eine gut gelegene Unterkunft mit der nötigsten Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin hat einen Parkplatz in der Nähe empfohlen, war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat eine Kleinigkeit als Willkommensgeschenk vorbereitet. Die Wohnung selbst besitzt die nötigste Ausstattung für einige Tage. Zudem war sie sehr gepflegt, das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Für kurze Trips ist es eine ausreichende Unterkunft, aufgrund der fehlenden Waschmaschine und der mangelnden Ausstattung in der Küche bietet sich die Unterkunft meiner Meinung nach nicht für längere Aufenthalte an.
• Artan (8/5): - The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It has good sleeping arrangements, with one separate bedroom and two beds in the living room, which was convenient for us. Overall, it was comfortable and suitable for a short stay of a couple of days. When we arrived, the apartment was a little cold, and the A/C inverter needed some time to heat the space. There was also a slight smell when we first entered. The kitchen was very basic, but it was okay for a short stay.
• Michał (6/5): Good apartment - but NO PRIVATE PARKING! - Duży i czysty apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Szukaliśmy apartamentu z miejscem parkingowym, gdyż podróżujemy z małymi dziećmi i nie chcieliśmy mieć problemu z szukaniem miejsca postojowego po każdym powrocie do domu. Według opisu, apartament miał mieć prywatne miejsce i podczas rezerwacji zaznaczyliśmy opcje że chcemy z niego skorzystać. Niestety, po rezerwacji dostaliśmy informacje że możemy skorzystać tylko z parkingu publicznego a prywatnego miejsca obiekt nie posiada i właściciel nie widział problemu w błędnych informacjach podanych na stronie. Oferta nie była w pełni zwrotna a też rezerwowaliśmy dzień wcześniej więc nie mieliśmy czasu na dyskusję i szukanie nowego miejsca, więc musieliśmy się dostosować. Po przyjeździe zaparkowaliśmy na ostatnim wolnym miejscu dostępnym w pobliżu! Natomiast w pozostałe dni parking był już trochę luźniejszy. Po powrocie zgłosiliśmy uwagi do booking.com - niestety nie byli w stanie wyjaśnić sytuacji z właścicielem i obiekt dalej pokazuje błędną informację o parkingu prywatnym, a przecież to ważna kwestia dla wielu podróżujących, która wprowadza w błąd! Gdybyśmy nie filtrowali ofert po tym kryterium, mielibyśmy dużo więcej możliwości. Z pozostałych rzeczy, brakowało mi małych garnków (na wyposażeniu był tylko jeden duży gar który nie mieścił się na płycie grzewczej i nie jest po prostu praktyczny) oraz kuchenki mikrofalowej.

Prima restaurant in de buurt. Keuken is wat primitief. 1 kookplaatje en alleen een hele grote reuzepan om (beetje melk) in te koken (er waren wel koekepannen).

The apartment is cozy, with one room for sleeping and another that serves as a shared living room and bedroom!The highlight is definitely the big balcony — it’s amazing! There are fresh lime trees, lots of open space, and a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying the outdoors!

It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂 The address on Booking is not correct. We followed the link from here and arrived to the wrong place. We had to read properly a message from the owner it was send before arrival with correct address🙂.

• Iga (8/5): - Duży i przestronny. Wygodne, szerokie łóżko i nowa, dobrze chłodząca klimatyzacja. Wszędzie blisko W kuchni i szufladach ze sztućcami były mrówki. Zza okien wydobywały się głośne dźwięki z remontu sąsiedniego bloku - ale nie jest to wina apartamentu:)

It feels that the owner cares about the guests, they left us snacks and water, which was really nice after a night flight. The patio with a second outdoor kitchen is lovely, I can totally imagine how great it would be to have dinner there if we didn't have to leave. There is a 24 hour Zorbas (a bakery that also makes sandwiches) five minutes away, so I think this is perfect for an extended stay in Larnaca if you want to feel like a local!

The apartment is great for a family (2+2), big size tarrace and sunny rooms. 15 minutes walk to Larnaca's Promenade. There apartment comes with no parking, there is only a free local public parking about 100 meters away. The whole apartment comes "extremly" unequpited, the kitchen is very provisory, no microwave, no stove, it is very challenging to cook even a small dinner there...There is only 1 bedroom, the sofa-bed and single bed are in the living room, not enough comfort and privacy for 2 couples. And the view is terrible from every window.

Big outside area it was always in the shade while we were there . Lots space inside too . We felt as if we had escaped the world . Excellent Metro supermarket 10 min walk Zorbas bakery 15 min which was superb !! Museum 5 min walk vg too. There was no view from windows or terrace but not a worry for us.

• Jitka (9/5): Comfy and close to the Medi - The apartment is on the first floor and is clean, with many windows and a lot of light, king-size/queen-sized beds, and surplus blankets. The plus is a spacious terrace with a sink/kitchenette surface. The highlight is a magnificent adjacent lemon tree. It is truly 10 minutes to the beach, even less to peep into an incredibly winding historical path ( a feasibly packed display at a local archeological museum), and a stone's throw to an African minimarket and a Cypriot bakery. Air conditioning, heating. A hot-air cooker, a coffee "mbrikia" at your disposal. Cordial welcome by the lovely landlady. The coffee/tea at your disposal and welcome treat brings you to the old-fashioned time of real hospitality. The overlooking view from the terrace was truly "up to date" - fast housing development, the dominance of concrete, and "global issues".
• Karadzhov (10/5): It was very nuce to be in thsi place. - The apart is in very quite part of the center of Larnaka. There is a place to park the car outside. It is very close for pedestrians to the port and the archeological museum. We liked this place. I recommend it to every visitor.

• Irina (5/5): very strange experience, but the host was a nice lady. - we had a place to sleep, the apartment was clean, comfortable beds, the host was nice - she lives in the apartment on the ground floor and rents out the apartment on the first floor. There is a veranda, although you wouldn't enjoy looking around at the surroundings. we had trouble finding the location as the dot on the maps leaves you on a very strange street with no further directions - we had found a parking spot on the place of demolished house near the dot, from the neighboring house some lady emerged to inform us that we are not allowed to park on the spot as it is her property. I had to fight the desire to congratulate her on such a nice property and instead asked for help to find the apartment, although the apartment turned out to be just next to the spot she couldn't help us and i just went to check the houses around the dot. The host was a nice lady who has told us about a parking nearby and showed us into the apartment, but the lights went off - thank god that AC was still functioning. She did bring the electrician the next day. the surroundings are not nice at all - i didn't know that there are such districts on cyprus - we were happy to leave
