• Janene (7/5): Close to beach and shops. Small cats are best. Nice place to stay. - Location was good. Well equipped kitchen for plates, cutlery and utensils. Good appliances. Ice in the fridge! Good outdoor table with TV. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and reverse cycle in living area. Can’t fit more than one average size car in the driveway. Not meant to park on the street or nature strip. Needs addressing or advise customers ahead of time. 4 pm check in is too late. We asked for an earlier time which was granted. No top sheet on the beds, I’m not a teenager and like a proper bed made. Bathroom/toilet need a bit more attention from cleaning crew. If car is in the drive it blocks pedestrian access to the house for people with mobility issues or young children/prams. One small thin bath mat provided, was sodden most of the time.
• Sophie (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Clean, great location, very comfortable. Driveway was very tight, if you have a 4wd it's hard to park and we weren't allowed to park on nature strip.
• Carla (6/5): Was ok but not returning. Was a bit overpriced - Inside was clean and beds we’re comfortable. The dining tables inside and out plus couches were not as comfortable I have a very small dog and the outdoor was definitely not suitable for him as he could get through the fence to the street and the outside needs fixing up such as the shed and deck which was a bit unstable. Definitely scarce of basic cleaning products for dishes and bench-tops. As mentioned in previous comments Other stays in air bnbs always have a welcome packs

• Renita (7/5): Respectable friendly hosts with excellent hospitality skills. This is the place to be! - The Bud is well located to all shops close by. the beach is a 15 minute walk from the house. the house itself is impressive. as you walk into the property I was surprised to find a modern living room, state of the art kitchen and 3 very spacious rooms which can cater well for either a big family or group of friends. the manager even arranged our sleeping requirements as per asked. The property is dog friendly and more importantly, cigarette bins were provided for smokers. outside is a patio with bbq facilities and tv, with a large table for the family to dine together. The rooms were well equipped. If worried about laundry, a state of the art washing machine is available including detergent. very very good. The bbq was not cleaned after it was used last. The bbq was dirty and greasy which I thought was a health hazard. on the flip side, there wasn’t a problem cooking. The kitchen was well equipped so I cooked every day. No broomstick available to sweep sand and dust off the floor. The vacuum cleaner was packed full and not emptied before we arrived. Salt and pepper shakers were not filled. Not enough sugar provided for a family. Thankfully we brought our own things.
