The towels were not really absorbent. Also the neighbours dog barked incessantly at night! Also could not find a clothesline or clothes horse for the washing Everything else was great.

• Nurcan (9/5): Great, thank you - Had everything we needed including good kitchen facility with crockery, cutlery, good large fridge, cleaning supplies (dishwashing cloths and liquid and tabs, paper towel, fly spray etc.) and even salt, oil, etc which was helpful to have and not have to buy for a short trip. Netflix and internet always a great thing to have - enjoyed that. Good aircon etc. Dishwasher I think needs a service. Didn't clean the dishes - left them with food stains and a smell. One of the beds (the one closer to the ground) was quite sqeaky and not overly comfortable.

Turn the light on in the bathroom at night and there is a dozen of them. Open the coffee machine and there is one inside. Under the toaster and kettle.

• Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - House had all the facilities needed for a short stay. Hadt air-conditioned living area abd fans in the bedrooms which was needed whennwe stayed in 38 degrees days. The spa was self heated and we could not use as it was too hot outside. Would like it to be cooled if known it was going to be a heatwave as as we could have cooled off in the spa

• Rose (4/5): Would not go back again. - It looked cosy, amenities were good Couch was very uncomfortable you would sink into it, bed was way to soft as were the pillows, spa was not clean there was sand in it, there bugs everywhere, cockroaches everywhere the house needs a pesticide spray, outside was quiet dirty, location was not the best as the neighbours dogs would bark all night.

The house was clean and the host provided all the requirements to even live there for 2 weeks if you're happy to cook. Renovated nicely. Quite cozy and comfy.

Could easily accommodate 4 very comfortably The narrow drive and small parking bay were not a problem for us but would present a problem for some but lots of street parking. Mattress was a bit soft for my sensitive back but no complaints from hubby

• Christine (7/5): Suited us for 2 days but the cleanliness is an issue. - Location The quilts and mattress protectors were obviously unclean which we saw when we stripped the beds. The shower curtain was about 1 foot too short so water soaked the bath mat. One of the doors on the vanity unit was hanging on 1 hinge. The beds were reasonable.

Accommodation was clean and accommodated four adults very comfortably. We would be more than happy to return to this venue. The spa needs a proper pipe clean as it was not clean. It smelt fine though. The temperature was set at 36 degrees which was too hot. The BBQ requires a damn good clean - we ended up with a fire under the grill portion. The front door handle Surround could not be screwed on. The bathroom door handle was also very loose. The bins that face the driveway had not been Emptied and were overflowing.

• Jennifer (8/5): A clean, comfortable and well-equipped unit - a pleasant holiday base! - This was an ideal property for a group of three, one being an elderly person who required efficient heating, a walk in shower, comfortable seating and beds, and no steps. The unit provided all of this. The other two guests also enjoyed the comforts and amenities. The unit is well set up for holidaymakers and would also suit a couple. The surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with lots of trees and nearby reserves. All queries to the owners were answered promptly. The outside of the unit needs a little tidying, e.g. sweeping and weeding, but this did not impact on our comfort. The toilet in the bathroom rather than separate was a little awkward in the morning but manageable. The unit is a few kilometres from the river and city centre (too far for most to walk but only a short drive) but I believe this was reflected in the competitive rental. It wasn’t an issue as you need a car to independently visit many of the local and area attractions.

Virtually had everything we needed. Im short ar@# so when I sat at the kitchen table the table was a bit too high. But that was because the chairs were low but oh so comfortable. And im short.

• Rodney (10/5): Was a lovely comfortable stay and it was pet friendly - Had everything we needed The spa was too hot couldn’t use. It would be perfect in winter but the weather in summer is very hot so spa needs to be adjusted to suit weather

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also BBQ area outdoor with some pretty lights switched on at night. Will definitely come back when we are visiting Mildura again. Nothing

All the included entertainment and wifi were a bonus. Carport access was hindered by neighbours van being unable to fit under thier carport roof. Street parking was used on a late return one night due to this. Bathroom heat lamp was temperamental at times.

Spent money to upgrade the inside of the unit The toilet off the bathroom had no door The washing machine/dryer combo was not easy to use (no instructions) There was a van protruding in the next unit making it difficult to get into the carport which was very small (would be very hard for an SUV to get into it) The rubbish bin was very full and stunk Cobwebs on external windows and inside as well
