- Susan (7/5): Good - The house was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the private pool and the snooker table. We enjoyed visiting the Encore water park. It was noisy sitting outside due to the Freeway close to the house. There were ten of us and could have done with more mugs (9 in total) and pans. The bunk beds were wobbly and one didn't have a ladder. It would have been good to be provided with extra toilet rolls, bin bags and kitchen cleaning items as we were there for 15 nights. The upstairs carpets could do with cleaning. No cot sheet provided . Had to call maintenance to replace the fridge water filter and toaster. .The information folder was not accurate-, the lazy river was not available to Encore resort guests although we read about it in the folder. I feel more information could have been shared before visiting re the availability of the shuttle bus.
- Melissa (8/5): Overall happy with home . Love the design - We did not spend any time at the property as all of our time was spent at parks. Half roll toilet paper in each bathroom. So much trash around the house. We were really taken back by the poor condition of the property immediately surrounding house
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious, and good value for money Wifi sevice is unstable. Limited temperature control, we were not allowed to set the thermostat below 72.
