Nicole (3/5): Ant central - Great location to shops and main part of Torquay. On arrival, there was an awful smell throughout the property. The furniture was also extremely dated and uninviting. There were thousands of dead ants in the ensuite and shower base. I contacted Great Ocean Road Properties and they were no help whatsoever. We had to clean up the mess ourselves. They promised a small refund for the inconvenience and I have still been following this up two months later as it hasn't been received. Wouldn't stay here again, or book through this company as a result of the lack of assistance and follow through.
