Lits confortables.
Salle de bain moderne et bien entretenue.
Chauffage.
Environnement calme, dans un petit village, proche de la cascade, d'un lac et à 40 minutes du centre d'informations de Cradle Mountain. Canapé trop mou
Manque un sĂšche linge

- J (9/5): Autumn adventures to Cradle Mountain - Quiet location. Provided a good base for our exploration of Cradle Mountain. Loved the stroll down to the nearby waterfall and then to the lake where we spotted Platypus. The heater was a little bit noisy. Fortunately, it wasn't particularly cold because I'm not sure I could have slept with it running.
I would like two bathmats when there are more than two people staying. Otherwise, the fourth person is standing on a pretty damp mat and it doesn't dry out before the next round of showers. All accommodation for our trip was the same in this regard. Also, lack of towel hanging spots. No biggies, just an observation & preference.
- Kerry (10/5): We felt very welcome just like home - A very charming welcoming home .Very clean great showers very warm beds. Highly recomended to couples or a family Nothing

- Denise (9/5): Superb - Tranquil surroundings. Comfy accommodation
- Berit (8/5): Very good - Lots of room and comfortable bed and furniture
- Bruce (9/5): Likely the best place to stay in Waratah. - Likely the best place to stay in Waratah. Close to the hotel (which does a great pizza on Friday night), quiet, big rooms with big cupboards, unique furniture from a bygone era, windows are double glazed. Washing machine and clothes dryer. As someone else said, it doesn't look much from the outside but is very comfortable on the inside. I suspect that the rooms are much, much nicer than at the hotel (where many people like to stay). The Waratah weather was pretty ordinary for drying clothes during my stay. The indoor washing line that can be used in the laundry can only be extended to make one short line, so not too many clothes can be hung up (although there is an outdoor line). Also the box that the extendable indoor washing line pulls out of was installed just a little too close to the back door, making it awkward to open the back door when the line is in use.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (8/5): Provided a good base for exploring the Corinna wilderness area. - Impeccably clean and tidy. Wonderful sheets on the bed and electric blankets were much appreciated on two very cold summer nights. Could not seem to get the aircon to work at all but heaters were supplied and needed.
- Carl (9/5): Superb -
- Rob (8/5): Quiet, cosy - Very warm and cosy beds Would have been good if we had the use of the garage to put our bikes in
- Neil (8/5): Enjoyable 1 night stay. Recommended. - Location. Cleanliness. Facilities. Comfortable bed. Heating
- Aase (5/5): Ok -
- Kevin (8/5): A comfortable place in an interesting, out of the way location - Place was clean and comfortable and served our needs well Some of the printed instructions were a bit non-welcoming but disciussion with owner obver the phone was most cordial
- Ruffle (5/5): Passable -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Dee (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (9/5): Great, comfy house to make our stay in Waratah enjoyable. - Well set up house. Everything needed for our 2 night stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Only the two of us but would be perfect for a family. A clothes dryer or large drying rack would have been good. Hard to get clothes dry in Tassie's changeable weather.
- Jo (10/5): We had a most enjoyable stay and would easily look forward to a return some day . - Very comfortable and clean .. everything we needed âșïž Possibly just an update in the lounges.. although they looked beautiful and royal .. they were not very comfortable for very long .
- Daniel (7/5): Good - Heating, double glazed windows. Upgrade TV to Smart TV
Kitchen needs papertowels, foil and gladwrap.
- Bill (9/5): Superb -
- Ann (8/5): We were happy with our stay at Waratah Falls Holiday Unit - Very clean, comfortable and pleasant house. It was perfect for our needs and in a nice quiet and easy-to-find location.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Dianne (8/5): Cabin as described in very nice location - Good value, clean, lovely views, good location to attractions we wished to visit. The red lounge suite, while looking lovely was not comfortable and was hard for us oldies to get out of.
- Kerryl (10/5): The 2 bedroom cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived. Beautiful comfy chairs and lovely beds - the cottage was a real gem. Not so pretty on the outside but was lovely inside. Walking distance to the local pub and restaurant. Beautiful little town
- Geoffrey (8/5): Good location with everything you need. Very comfortable stay. - A tastefully refurbished and redecorated 2 bedroom house with just about everything you might need for a short or longer stay. A good location with some nice views from the rear of the property. I would be happy to stay again.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Vance (8/5): Very good -
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Had all the amenities needed for self-catering plus washing machine was very useful.
- Brioney (9/5): We had a very wet day so we decided to have a quiet day. Was great having a home to chill out in. - The luxury of having a whole house and not a motel room. The bed wasnât quite to our liking. Just a personal thing as we prefer a softer bed.
- Leslie (9/5): Awesome place, great location - Awesome place.
- Marsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhonda (8/5): Very good - It was lovely to have a whole house with cooking facilities and a washing machine. The view from the home was lovely. Excellent value for money.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - The view and heated beds. The bathroom was great, too. Great outdoor area out front The silver fry pan was badly burnt. The space for the extra dining chairs was a bit squashy. Also, just the walk into the house could do with a spray.Removal of old BBQ
- Vince (8/5): An old house with particular renovation improvements located in a very good location - Very clean and comfortable house rather quaint and cosy and the very best shower we have experienced in Tasmania The lounge and dining chairs rather very old fashioned and not very comfortable to sit on
- Bob (9/5): Great - As advertised Nothing
- Jo (9/5): Superb -
- Ludovic (9/5): Superb -
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynette (8/5): Very good -
- Christie (10/5): A fabulous family holiday making life long memories - The host was very responsive when I couldn't work out an appliance (my error not the appliance).
Was great with commun8cation leading up to our stay. House had plenty of room for our family of 5 and lots of brochures o what to do around the area. Nothing. Was great
- Graham (9/5): Superb -
- Kath (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (9/5): Beautiful, clean property will definatley recommend - Beautiful, clean well positioned property
- Andrea (9/5): Great location for me -
- Len (9/5): Superb - Great little town. Dont be put off by the exterior of the cabin. The inside is delightful All great
- Webber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noelene (8/5): Would happily stay there again and recommend to others - Walking distance to pub Arm chairs a bit low
- Libby (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is open and airy and very clean and it had all the main items in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, a very pleasant stay, we would highly recommend. For people with full mobility there would be no complaints but for limited mobility there are a few issues.
There are steps at the entry without a grab rail to help which is very challenging. The toilet needs a hand rail as does the shower.
- Graeme (9/5): Large older style accommodation - Friendly obliging host, large family unit, well equiped, in an area with relatively little accomodation. Dated decor but this doesnât effect your stay.
- Janice (9/5): Comfortable, clean stay in walking distance to everything! - Spacious, well appointed unit. Very comfortable overall. Great location, easy walk to everything in town. Clean. Great communication from host. Fantastic value for money. Yes the décor is old but this is wonderful value for money the way it is so it's not a true negative.
- Marion (7/5): Good - It was advertised with mountain and lake views. You can see some mountains from the kitchen and the main bedroom but the main lounge you are looking into a shed. Still looking for the lake views! There were no chairs or tables to sit outside in the garden.
- Neil (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable
Quiet location good cooking facilities
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable 2 bedroom home, tastefully furnished & equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host has paid attention to a lot of small details which are often missing in other units. Nothing to fault, we had everything we needed plus some little extras.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erika (9/5): Really comfortable and Lew was a pleasure to deal with. - Great little cottage in a spectacular setting. Walking into a warmed up room was much appreciated, as were proper sized mugs. couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedside lamps :)
- Robert (9/5): Nice quiet area. Clean house.. -
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable. Easy to find and no problems getting keys etc. Very close to the Biscoff hotel with lovely walking areas. There was nothing I didn't like.
