- Robyn (10/5): Perfect weekend away in a great beach house 2 mins drive from the lagoon. - Perfect beach house for a short or long stay Nothing
- Dudley (9/5): Superb - Excellent, if not a bit quirky, property. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Air conditioning in the bedroom would have been nice.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely house, with a great character. Nothing
- John (8/5): Very enjoyable and have recommended to friends. - Clean, very well maintained, everything it said it was and more. No sharp knife’s.
In both bedrooms, the blue carpets have grip rails sticking through. Very sharp and could cause problems for small children or pets.

- Ingrid (9/5): A very comfortable and cosy stay. A home away from home. - We absolutely loved the comfortable beds. The cottage provided everything we needed and it was very tidy and cosy. It was super convenient being so close to the supermarkets and surrounding stores. We loved how close the beach was as it took us about 2-3 minutes to drive there. We enjoyed listening to the birds when waking up first thing in the morning. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. The shower was quite small although this might be something that is difficult to change. Also, a full length mirror in all the bedrooms would be a great plus especially for the ladies. The walls were extremely thin.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stu (8/5): Very good -
- Poto (10/5): Exceptional - comfortable cottage, very clean, proximity to facilities and amenities, lovely books - interesting and variety, great response and support from hosts only one towel each for 2 nights but our host sent some as soon as I texted her. We were vry grateful
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (10/5): Cute, cozy and fun! - This property wasn’t actually seaside but it was super close! A 20 minute walk to the amazing Yanchep Lagoon and a 10 minute walk to three different grocery stores. So quiet, cute and everything you need for a family of 4. The seaside aesthetic was great and the property was well stocked with what we needed. We stayed at the property in the Australian winter July) and there happened to be a massive rain storm and strong winds come through. The little cottage was fine and we were cozy but the rain on the metal roof was very loud and the walls were really thin. It felt a little like were were in a really sturdy caravan.
- Vesna (9/5): Superb -
- Justin (9/5): Great stay way too short - Lovely style Nothing
- Sharyn (5/5): Oldish house, only overnight required, Tv worked well - Coffee was good, nothing else supplied. Having to book for 2 days when only one needed
- Jamie-lee (8/5): Very good - Cosy place. Lovely garden for the family to enjoy.
- Smith (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (9/5): Great stay and beach visits - Lovely garden and tree outlook Couldn’t find any sharp knives except blue bread knife
- Swee (10/5): We had a great time staying at this beautiful cottage and location was very convenient with many amenities nearby. - Beautiful surroundings and cosy.
- Loraine (8/5): A break from the city - Lovely cottage in great location. Very comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately there was a howling gale overnight and the sail cloth chains banged on the roof continuously. Perhaps a method of soundproofing could be installed.
Everything else was perfect.
- Pang (8/5): Very good -
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magdalena (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house! Its proximity to both shops and the beach made it incredibly convenient. The BBQ was a great addition, and we loved the thoughtful touches from the hosts. The deposit refund process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience!
- Jen (8/5): Overall very good experience . Lorraine is quick in response , very homely - Excellent for family with children . Many board games provided and a well stock kitchen and laundry amenities . Beddings a bit dusty , no AC in bedroom
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (10/5): a cosy relaxing coastal getaway - the decor & garden were gorgeous. we arrived on sunday afternoon when the rain arrived and we had the cosiest afternoon and sat for the entire following day in the garden with cosy blankets watching the storm. the only thing was no air con in the rooms but a fan was provided which we didn’t get working correctly until our departure date.
- Krystal (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): The cottage was so peaceful and the perfect way for us to unwind after some recent unsettling times. - The location was so handy for access to the beach, and also to shopping center when needed.
The front garden was idyllic. So peaceful, and being walled gave plenty of privacy.
The property had everything we needed for our stay, so was very comfortable and welcoming.
The hosts were very accommodating in allowing us an early entry. Also very understanding and co-operative in helping us arrange to collect some clothing that we'd left behind. Excellent hosts. We have no complaints in any way about the property.
- Alison (9/5): Very relaxing stay - Very peaceful and well equipped cottage. Large gardens . Lots of games and tv channels . More mirrors in bedrooms would have been good as only one bathroom. Shower quite small
- Kylie (8/5): Very good - Nice cosy home, loved the outdoor garden, close to the beach, quiet street, all you need to take was food n toiletries. Everything else was supplied.
- Gemma (10/5): Stylish escape with plenty of room & inclusions - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & I was so happy walking into the front yard with the lovely gardens (with plenty of privacy) then finding the house decor so inviting with those gorgeous sitting nooks! Was so glad I didn't overshop with groceries as most of what we needed was on hand & there was plenty of room for myself & kids to just enjoy the sounds of the ocean when not out with family, thank you. Would definitely stay again & would highly recommend! Nothing at all!
- Petrus (9/5): Superb -
- Danny (10/5): Cosy, homely, great family time, played lots of games, enjoyed the walks around the area. - The location was great, walking distance from the beach and shops, perfect for the dog with a trail right next door. Very cute and comfortable cottage, everything you could possibly need was there. It feels very homely with a perfect yard for the dog and outdoor entertainment. There were bags of crips and popcorn for the kids, more than sufficient blankets to keep us warm during the cold winter nights.

The place was very clean and very warm at night.
The owners stayed in contact with us consistently and were very kind. We loved the fact that our dog was allowed to come on our trip and he absolutely loved the enclosed yards back and front.
Pictures of the property are accurate. There is a huge fenced off backyard area that isn't pictured that is perfect for dogs to roam. There was nothing we didn't like!
- Branka (10/5): Was so good to get away and switch off. Such a relaxing stay and they have some of the best board games, enjoyed by the - Loved how beautifully presented the cottage was. It had everything you needed to make yourself at home and it’s set on a large beautiful property full of nature, close to the beach, a fantastic cafe and shops. It was all good. - C (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shannon (9/5): Comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable - Decor, lots of relaxing spots to sit n read, pretty gardens, full kitchen and extras like coffees n teas n snacks Bathroom mirror needs to be 1 full mirror.
Needs an extraction fan too and bath towel rails

Could have done with some bathroom toiletries, maybe an extra toilet roll or 2. Perhaps a little long-life milk to get us through a cup of tea or coffee on the first night.
