• gabygoestravelling (10/5): A home away from home - Great location and perfect space for my kids & I. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home. The area was quiet, with no noise from other residents or traffic. A previous review said parking was tricky for bigger cars but i comfortably reversed and parked my Hilux in the carport without any issue. If you are confident with parking your car, then it won't be an issue. There was nothing to dislike.

• Patricia (1/5): No access, no response to my complaint that I had no access. - We could not gain access. We had to return to the airport and wait on benches. Airport closed at 12 midnight, we were out in the car park in the storm from then. I’ve explained all this to the hotel and to booking.com and neither care a jot! On the advert it says there is a 24 hr reception desk. There is no desk, the place is in darkness and they took full payment for no access. It also cost me $60 for the round trip from the airport. • Danielle (10/5): Cozy and Quiet - Very welcoming feel. Super close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were lovely and great to deal with. Parking is a little bit of a struggle with larger cars but street parking was available and worked fine in the very quiet safe street.

We had everything we needed for our stay. New aircon was also bonus with zones for bedrooms! Didn’t realise I needed to bring my hairdryer
• Ebony (10/5): An excellent choice - The location was very convenient to Glenelg. An uber to Glenelg was only $9. The place is very cosy and the main bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The host Wendy was very helpful and a beautiful lady. Can not wait to stay here again. There was nothing I didnt like.
• Vitaly (4/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - Good location. Comfy beds FINE PRINT: The guests are requested to transfer the AUD300 deposit prior to receiving the keys. The deposit return is conditional, including, quote: "Please take your excess rubbish home" (how very nice). No dishwasher at the property but the dishes are supposed to be washed before the departure, in order to get the deposit back. WARNING: The AC is broken beyond repair, while the property is still advertised as airconditioned. The owner refused to refund the difference to compensate for this inconvenience (+35C outside) and recommended to use the fans or to go to the beach if feeling too hot. Overall, the property would benefit from a thorough cleanup.

There was also more than enough room for myself and roughly 7 other guests- we all had adequate space and enjoyed the beds, which were super comfy. There were some issues with the tv, mostly due to its age, it was difficult to set up and use.

• Tegan (9/5): The location, cleanliness and bedroom layout of the property made it perfect travelling families wanting to have abit of - The property upon entry was lovely, clean and spacious with perfect bedroom layouts for our family, the location was close to everything we needed with very thoughtful items throughout the home. It was so lovely to see a baby gate for the stairs, a high chair and portacot in the cupboard, we didn’t need to use those things during our stay but a few years ago we definitely would have so I can appreciate the effort Wendy has put into thinking of the needs of all types of families throughout her accommodation. The property was a little hard to find, we only noticed which unit it was because we seen the house number on the rubbish bin. The additional required deposit cost on top of the booking price can make it quite an expensive stay for a couple of days. The only other thing was that we found it to be quite cold because the bedding wasn’t very heavy even with the provided spare blankets and no heating upstairs and the TVs were quite outdated.

• Jeanette (6/5): Adequate accommodation for a one-night stay. - Host gave clear instructions on how to get to the premise, so it was easy to access. This is a townhouse so location of bedrooms upstairs provided greater personal space for all guests. Feedback to property owner was well received with assurance that action will be taken to improve the stay of future guests. Light at the porch was not working making our entry into the property after 6 pm challenging especially when we had to struggle with choosing the right keys to open the doors. Cleanliness of dishes & utensils could be improved. Not a dishtowel was made available. What we thought was a dishtowel that was hung on the handle of the oven turned out to be a cushion cover.

We arrived on a hot and windy day 42c and it was lovely to walk into the house with the air conditioning already on! We loved our stay and dont have any complaints. My only suggestion would be to add a second baby gate to the collection so that one can be installed at the top of the stairs and the bottom simultaneously.

• Prahaladha (10/5): Nice Townhouse, great value. - Very neat and cozy townhouse in a nice location, surely great value for the money. All facilities inside the house were well maintained. The beach, kids park and shopping places are very close by. Very happy with this booking. Locating the exact unit might be a little tricky however it's not a big problem, as the host is just a phone call away to the guide, and is very friendly.
