• Kiani (9/5): Got the best sleep in the first bed I fell into! Most well rested stay in weeks. Cannot complain one bit about the place - Absolutely beautiful interior design, felt very homely. The owner was wonderful upon arrival and very helpful. Underneath neighbours were friendly and introduced themselves. Beautiful outside area I didn’t utilise enough! Washing facilities were great, could smoke on the balcony (not the street!) parking was a breeze & everything else needed was provided. The neighbourhood seemed to have an overly invested interest in me and said some very offensive things within obvious earshot. Including unpacking my car, and outside on the balcony doing laundry. Later whilst a few too many wines deep (coping I suppose) I ended up probably speaking my mind about certain things a bit too loudly which I definitely regret in hindsight but with windows shut and inside. But in delayed retaliation not unnecessary slander. Be warned. These neighbours are very nosy and there is no blinds or curtains in the kitchen area. I’m new to Brisbane so there is no reason for anyone to know who I am or what my profession is.

• Lowe (3/5): Terrible apartment, great location but after twenty meals out didn't enjoy One. - Nothing Everything. I can't believe that the owner thought it was okay to invade my private space. The bed's were so bad. I was constantly reminded that the owner living downstairs. They He doesn't even know how to use correct bin. Rude. High and mighty and just terrible. Twice three times invaded my paid space. Lied about property. Stated entire house. Had to share. Shocking

• Louise (8/5): Very good - great location, nice bathroom and kitchen. I would only improve with more comfortable seating on the back verandah and living room.
