• Jean-Pierre (3/5): Cleanliness unacceptable and needs maintenance / updating - Location and size were both good Dirty even after a second clean. Dated and not well kept. Broken furniture, very noisy AC and fridge that kept you up at night.

• Denisse (1/5): THE AC DIDN'T WORK! Do not stay here!! - The AC didn't work. After a long day outside in the Florida heat and Universal, we wanted to return to a cool place, and the AC didn't work!! The whole group slept badly. One person woke up at 3 am to put ice on her back. This really affected our next day's plans. We didn't sleep well. Before going to sleep, I sent a message through Booking indicating the problem. At 3 am, the person tried to contact the technician and no answer because it was late. In the morning, we called the host again and mentioned the issue. But we were about to leave as it was our checkout time. So even if they sent a technician, we were already leaving. After that, customer service has not replied to us in regards to the issue. They are just saying that they sent a technician after we reported it. (well of course but we were gone already) This is an expensive stay and we are not satisfied with it.
• Foutoun (8/5): Very good - Clean house and generally comfortable The sitting room sofas weren’t comfortable. Need more hangers in the house. Would have been good to add more trash bags and more cleaning liquids for both the wash and dishwasher etc. For a stay that is over a week, there should be more than just enough for a couple of washes.

• Rosemarie (7/5): The unit is nice - facilities management not so nice! - The condo was large and nicely decorated. The door lock broke while we were at the parks the first day and when we came back the management team acted like we didn’t know how to use the code, seemed reluctant to send a maintenance guy out to the unit and cost us a night out in Orlando of a weekend trip as we waited for them to respond appropriately - over 3 hours! It took several calls to the management team to get them to send someone out to the unit and the maintenance guy confirmed that the lock really did stop working. Poor customer service.
• Rodz (10/5): Super awesome home! - Near to everywhere, nice home, makes us feel cozy, everything we need was available at the house! walking distance to great Coffee shop and Pharmacy! We had an awesome family time! Customer service was outstanding! Everything was good.
