• Brandy (10/5): Exceptional - The distance to wdw parks was awesome. House was very clean and comfortable. That the hot tube and pool get turned off at they said 10pm but mine cut off everyday at 8pm. After a long day at the parks all I wanted to do was sit in the hot tube and it was Luke warm at best and u could not turn the jets on. As much as I liked the place I would not stay again simply because of that reason.

• Anonymous (1/5): Disappointing. - Great location. Rundown, badly maintained and in disrepair. Not just tired old furnishings but broken and missing items eg fridge shelves, drawers, lights, sockets, tiles, shower screen etc etc. Other reviews indicate these complaints have been made before.

• Helgi (9/5): We would stay there again in the future if we go again with the hole family. - Overall we were very happy with our stay. The house, the community and the common area was safe and great. The location is in our opinion good, close to Disney and road 192 (with lot of options) with ease access across Kissimmee. We experience ants in three rooms, we are not use to insects. There was not enough cutlery's for such a big house. The furniture was old and well used it is time for some knew chairs and sofa. And dining table for 8 :-)

• Alison (7/5): Good - The amenities were excellent. My kids loved the private pool. It had all the basics for cooking. It was clean too. Kids loved the game room, great touch. There were a couple of things not working like the pool light and lamps in master bedroom. The master ceiling fan was noisy. The washing machine only washed it hot water, so we didn't want to shrink new items we purchased. The check in process was also a little difficult. Our flight was not arriving until after 5. We were told we had to check in by 5. Instead of offering an alternative for us, we were just told "sorry".
