• Smith (8/5): We loved the location and it is comfortable. Just needs a little bit of maintenance. - The location is excellent. Price is good. The cleaning crew left no washcloths or bathmats. I had older parents with me so making sure they did not slip and fall on a wet floor was important. The replacements did not arrive until Sunday and we were leaving Monday morning. Also the garbage disposal was broken when we arrived so we were not able to use the kitchen sink. The back sliding door to the outside courtyard area has a broken lock which did not make us feel very comfortable. The bed skirts were ripped. Did not affect our sleeping but it did not present well. The kitchen could use a few more essentials...more silverware and cookie sheets would have been nice.

• bryan (6/5): Great location, and security, property looks good but has some issues to resolve. - Location, security, clean and spacious No internet, TV not receiving internet, so no TV, no bath mats or robes, electric outlets at bathroom sinks inoperable, had to find the tripped breaker to correct, kitchen sink faucet handle leaking, coffee maker but no cream or sugar in the kitchen, ironing board missing a leg, back sliding door would not lock.
• REGINA (5/5): Luxury Space, Missing the Essentials - Very spacious. If it says it sleeps 8, it actually feels like it sleeps 8. No sardines in a can energy. Super clean. I’m talking walk-around-in-white-socks clean. Comfortable beds. Everybody slept good. And when the beds are right? The trip is already 70% better. Overall vibe? Upscale townhome style. It gives “family vacation but make it classy.” Now let’s talk about the parts that need to tighten up. 1. The Towel Situation For a unit that sleeps 8, there were only 4 towels. One towel per bedroom. Ma’am… what are the other four people supposed to do? Air dry like it’s 1992? Nowhere did it say bring your own towels. If you’re marketing luxury townhomes, the basics have to be covered. 2. No Toilet Paper in Multiple Bathrooms There are about 4.5 bathrooms. Two of them had no toilet paper. That’s not a small oversight. That’s a “somebody forgot to check the checklist” moment. 3. The Smell There was a strong odor coming from either: The downstairs bathroom Or the hot water heater closet We messaged management. They said someone was coming. No one ever came. Now we didn’t press it because it was just one night, but if you’re staying longer? That would’ve been a problem. 4. No Bath Mats Tile floors. No mats. Fresh out the shower? Slippery. That’s a safety issue, not just a preference.

• CRYSTAL (3/5): - The house has do much potential and beautiful and great location, less then 20 minutes from the parks None of the tvs worked so we had to go out and buy a roku to watch TV. When I looked back at the reviews, the previous people who stayed stated that the TV didn't worked so the owners never got the TVs fixed. Their were stains on the furniture and the carpet in the living room was so dirty, that my son's white socks were getting dirty. The owner dont supply small towels so you will have to bring your own. for the price you pay for its not worth.

• Sławomir (10/5): Everything in the house deserves the highest rating - Everything in the house deserves the highest rating, functional and very nice house, very nice surroundings, peaceful place, silence, great for rest after a tiring day. Very nice, well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are clean and large. The whole house was very clean. No cons.

• Bolin (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our purposes!! Would stay again! - We loved the condo, it was very comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen was very nice and clean and all amenities were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt well cared for and nice. The location was great! We loved gathering around the very large kitchen island!! We had trouble upon arrival with getting the code to work for the front door. After about 20 minutes in the rain, a booking.com representative was able to contact the homeowner and get the code reset. It would be better to have a direct way to contact the owner for such situations just to save time. Two of the showers were difficult to work, one only supplied scalding hot water, so that just needs to be checked. The towel situation was odd, more hand towels than bath towels, and more bathroom floor towels than needed, so just something to make sure the cleaners are leaving everything as the owner expects. Also, the signs on the bathroom mirrors stated that there were face cleaning wipes to use instead of hand towels, but nothing was supplied, and no hand / face cloths either. Just FYI

The back door was broken, took away from my time to go spend with family I had to wait for it to be fixed, the master bedroom upstairs was missing the tv cable and the tv remote.

• Melissa (10/5): Amazing stay!! - It was a beautiful property. Clean and spacious, definitely recommend. 9 min away from animal kingdom. The the disney touches on the decor was very tasteful and not overwhelming.

• Leach (7/5): Okay for the night but won't return. - We liked the size of the rental and beds were very comfortable. The art work was nice and it was easy to get in and out of the property. The overall cleanliness was lacking. I didn't want to touch the welcome book which just needs to be reprinted and replaced. The bathroom floors, especially around the toilet were not clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. The towels were sad and need to be replaced. The faucet in the bathroom on the main floor was loose and could be on the verge of causing them an expensive leak.

• Laura (10/5): we really enjoy our stay and loved the house. - House distribution and deco. All rooms have their own bathroom and bes clothes is white and clean. Location, really near from disney parks No shelves in closets, we keept our clothes in the laugage during all stay.
