Kane (9/5): Awesome location, near the quieter end of Sawtell beach, and worth a visit for large groups! - Amazing, convenient location and not at all difficult to find, as some reviewers have suggested. There was plenty of storage throughout and more than enough space for our family of nine to never feel cramped. Most amenities you’d expect in a large home were provided. It’s worth noting that upstairs is not air conditioned, particularly in the current Australian summer and in case this point is overlooked when reading the listing. A few minor fixtures, such as a bathroom towel rail and a soap holder, are in need of replacing but don’t ruin the experience at all. And the lounge and its cushions are losing their shape, which does affect comfort. This is to be expected in a large, well loved space but hopefully things like these will be replaced more regularly or switched with sturdier, commercial-like alternatives. Finally, there were one or two minor cleanliness issues related to dust but, again, they’re nothing that would sway us from staying again.

Catherine (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space, modern, quiet, great location. Easy to fit 2 small cars in the garage. 3 bathrooms was very handy. Entirely self-contained & fairly private. Difficult to open front door with the key. Recycling bin was missing and rubbish bin became very full, because it wasn't emptied. Gas bottle leaked, so we couldn't enjoy the barbecue. Felt the heat upstairs, despite having ceiling fans. No iron for straightening out clothes for dinner in town!
Heather (9/5): Very comfortable. We were 9 golfing women who had a fabulous time in great accommodation. - Had our oen breakfast. Location was excellent only took 5 minutes to the golf course Can't think of anything. That you could dislike about the house. It was nice that we could all stay in the one house. We had not been together for 3 years because of covid.
