Guest Reviews
- Melody (10/5): Lovely trip - Private, easy to find and a lovely area.
- Finn (9/5): -
- David (8/5): Great getaway spot. - I enjoyed the seclusion and nature around. The bed was very comfortable as well. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Stairs between levels in the tiny house are very slippery, they could use some tread applied for better grip. It would be possible to have a fall. Some cutlery and the coffee maker was not completely clean. I didn't make any coffee for that reason.
- FangShen (10/5): - The dog so cute!
It's a comfortable little house.
- Vanessa (5/5): Pet Friendly Tiny Home - Suited for 2 Guests - Peaceful surrounds, the location was great for what we required. Clear property entry instructions making it simple to find the property and access the Tiny Home from the front gate. Good communication via text and prompt replies with on-site property manager & the Booking.com team. Good appliances and bench space for basic meal prep. We had no need to use the 2-burner portable cook-top, only the microwave and kettle. Good working air-conditioning and shower and toilet clean and tidy with lovely body wash. Was appreciative to host for allowing us to return to collect forgotten glasses. The property is best suited to two people in terms of bedding and comfort. A basic pull-out futon sofa doubles as the lounge; while a young child (around 5 or under) could potentially use it, the mattress is thin and has a metal bar in the middle when opened, requiring extra padding. Feedback to the owner to put a pet cover on the lounge for when pets are occupying the Tiny Home, which would reduce stains, hair and wear & tear.
We checked out early and booked elsewhere as the bedding was not suitable for our teenage daughter. The host offered to add a camp mattress or extra blankets to the futon, which we appreciated, but we had already decided the property was not suitable for our needs.
Due to the compact size of the Tiny Home (as shown in the listing photos), there is no indoor dining area. There is a small two-seater table on the front deck and a couple of chairs near the outdoor fire-pit, however it is not covered. As it rained during our stay, we had to sit inside on the staircase steps or use the lounge.
The Tiny Home was also not as clean as expected, with dust and hair on the floors, particularly around edges and in the loft area. The walls could also benefit from a wipe down.
Being pet-friendly property, we noticed dog droppings near the entry in a few spots and thought these might have been cleaned up prior to next guests arriving - but perhaps there'd been a quick change-over between guests. Additionally, the driveway/parking area could be improved, as the grass becomes slippery and soggy during wet weather.
- Russell (9/5): Awesome little place. Would definitely stay again -
- Tracy (7/5): Nice tiny home in a tranquil and peaceful setting. We booked for 3 but the home can really host 2. Only 2 chairs and 2 s - Lovely setting and clean Not properly set up for the number of guests booked.

- Peter (9/5): Great. Met our expectations! - Very peaceful, a nice gateway to all the attraction up Bells Line of Road. Suggest those battery operated step sensor lights for that midnight pee
- Giri (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing Nothing
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - The place was beautiful and very calm the owners waved at us from a far very kind people. The place was amazing Some of the kitchen ware were dirty but it wasn’t a big deal as it was a quick fix wash and didn’t affect anything
- Adrian (10/5): Perfect Tiny House Getaway - The tiny house is very clean and tidy. Things that are important are well provided, like shower gel and towels. There is even a tiny coffee machine fitting the tiny house theme. The view from the tiny house is fabulous and there is sufficient privacy from the main house and the other tiny house. In short, it's a great accommodation when visiting the area. None at all. Tiny Away and the host has done an exceptional job in keeping the stay cosy and comfortable.
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lupy871 (8/5): Peaceful place to get away from it all - Nice peaceful location with good fire pit. We brought plenty of fire wood and charcoal so we had fun keeping a fire going for hours and cooked dinner on the small charcoal bbq provided. Views of the country side and animals were beautiful and the provided outdoor lounge chairs were comfortable. The Tiny house was fun. The queen bed was above the kitchen and accessed by some nice stairs with handrails. A bit cramped upstairs but cozy and the pointed triangular roof does give a little headroom in the middle. Toilet, shower and kitchen were good. No complaints but I felt there were a few little things that could possibly be improved. The front door barely stays wide open and any wind will cause it to slam shut. A hook latch to the wall would help here. A small bin in the bathroom would be good - there is room for it. The shower also has no shelf for putting soap and hair products. Everything is just on the floor. An outdoor power point would also be helpful. We used the provided induction hot plate for cooking outside as we did not want the place to smell of food and also did not want to trigger the smoke alarm which is in the kitchen ceiling. Luckily we brought an extension lead. Small things - we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this beautiful place.
- Jashmita (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (6/5): Pleasant -
- Daniel (1/5): Bad - About two months after staying there, I was called from the Philippines asking to sign up for their finance package. Totally unacceptable use of data
- Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - It was small but cosy. Beautiful scenery. Perfect way to relax and unwind. Modern facilities. We brought $15 cash to buy the fire wood and had the fire going all evening, roasting marshmallows and cooking bbq on a little Webber we brought with us. The place was clean and the hosts were nice.
- Sally (9/5): Superb -
- Kwam (9/5): Superb - My family enjoyed this tiny house very much.
Host is very friendly and easier to contact.
The tiny house is clean and well prepared. It has everything you need.
We are very happy to have air conditioning on such a hot day and enjoyed the hot shower 🚿.
My dog enjoyed so much as well, the area is well fenced and away from the farm animals so we free save for it to run around. No
- Phidias (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rebecca (2/5): Airbnb was charged $273 for this seems incredibly overpriced - Host communication No hot water, dusty bed, poor bbq
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zöe (10/5): perfect little tiny home getaway on a small farm - the property was a stunning tiny home which had everything you needed and was close to small towns. I loved the we had a fire pit and a bbq to cook breakfast nothing
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, comfortable, perfectly equipped, and exceptional hosts - accomodating and approachable.
- Nanette (10/5): Exceptional Tiny Home Stay! - Taryn was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure she provided us with all the right information and instructions were so easy to follow. The Tiny Home was clean, comfortable and had almost everything that one can need! Even though it rained a bit while we were there, it was still so enjoyable. The location itself was lovely! We had lunch at Kurmond Social just around 5 mins away and there are plenty of cute antique shops close by.
There wasn't anything we didn't like but the only tiny suggestion would be to add some more variety of teas (like green tea) and maybe honey to go with the tea. But everything was amazing! Thank you!
- Emma (10/5): A very fun and unique holiday away. - Great, quiet location. Very clean interior and exterior with any and all essential items easily locatable! A very fun and unique holiday away.
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Leanne (9/5): We had a lovely, memorable weekend! - We had an amazing stay at Tiny Inja 1 for my partner's birthday. The hosts made the effort to leave a few small tarts in the fridge as a gift which we really appreciated! The property was quiet (which was what we were looking for) but not too far of a drive from Sydney. We loved playing with the labradoodles on the property and looking at the farm animals next door. The tiny house was located close to attractions (bilpin cider or fruit picking) and even though we didn't go, they were great options to visit nearby. The property was tidy, clean and comfortable. We didn't realise how loud it can be at night as a result of nearby animals/insects, but this is the trade off for living amongst nature. We thought a stay at a tiny house was not the most value for money (in terms of the space you get) but this is expected and we did it for the experience.
- Hugo (9/5): Superb -
- Heidi (10/5): cozy short getaways - everything was great! amazing location, very close to sydney, big yard access for the puppy, fireplace with the wood available for purchase (Additional fees - cash payment only), clean and spacious, good kitchen amenities provided, and the oodles who said hi to us nothing really... maybe to be a bit suggestive, if you are claustraphobic, better stay with inja2 :) as the lower ceiling for the upstairs bedroom may give you a bit anxiety. we are all ok with it though
- Kayla (10/5): Exceptional - The location was beautiful, and even though it was raining most of our stay we still had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable, cozy and the perfect size.
- Jasmin (9/5): we had an amazing night - we loved the tiny house
- Nott (7/5): Good - If it wasn't pouring rain. Very slippery walking to tiny house and back.
- Jodie (8/5): A beautiful outlook! - Location was wonderful and the breakfast was yummy. The house was very cute and had most things. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to park closer to the tiny house and a small TV would be a nice option. The fire was difficult to light.
I had trouble with the door lock but it was sorted out very quickly.
