Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Irene (10/5): - It was very roomy. Loved the layout and was nice and clean.. There was a problem with the garage door, looked like someone may have driven into it, and one of the slats was broken on the front shutter I reported both issues to McGraths as soon as we noticed them... The only thing I could fault if anything would be the cutlery and cooking utensils might need to be upgraded soon..

- Andonia (7/5): great location and size - great size and location property could have been cleaner. arrived to spiders in bathrooms and sand on floors. kitchen stove and range hood was not usable due to being so grimy.
overall the property needs a really good spring clean. windows and tracks were very dirty. the vacuum cleaner in property did not work well as was not emptied and items stuck from previous uses.
for price per night wifi could have been provided.
