• Marleen (8/5): Ontspannen weekend - Niet te ver van de dijk. En dichtbij de winkels Geen parkeermogelijkheid om wagen in en uit te laden. Trappen die moeilijker zijn voor iemand die slecht te been is. Internet/wifi werkte niet, dus ook tv niet. Host werd op de hoogte gebracht hiervan.
• Hannah (9/5): Fantastic for families and groups - Property is in a fab location. Very spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication and assistance from the host. Parking really is the only downside that bothered us as we had to park and ride to the property as spaces nearby were no existent or short term only, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. Property could do with some redecorating here and there, but it didn't bother us and had everything we needed.
• Lyse (6/5): Satisfaisant - Quelqu’un de réactif est disponible sur place. Maison bien placée (commerce, restaurant, bar, plage, salle d’arcade,.. à proximité). Des trams passent régulièrement donc il est facile de se déplacer. Le propreté laisse à désirer. Du sable dans toute la maison, des ustensiles de cuisine sales, les coussins et couvertures ont des tâches jaunes et surtout, des mouches mortes à l’entrée !!! L’aspirateur n’aspire presque rien (que ce qui est léger : sable, cheveux) Un wifi est disponible mais n’est pas assez puissant, impossible de l’utiliser. Il y a des télévisions dans chaque chambre et dans le salon mais elles ne fonctionnent pas. L’eau de la baignoire est jaune lorsque le bain est rempli. Les portes sont difficiles à fermer. Il y en a même une qui a la poignée cassée. L’échelle pour accéder au grenier est très dangereuse même lorsqu’on fait attention.
• Guest (5/5): Redelijk verblijf voor korte termijn. - Locatie is zeer gunstig, enkel de auto langdurig parkeren kan niet dichtbij, loopafstand 1,2 km. In- en uitladen van koffers is wel mogelijk net om de hoek met een parkeerplaats max. 30 minuten. Erg afgeleefd, foto's komen niet meer overeen met de werkelijkheid. Geen Wifi, geen tv verbinding wat nochtans omschreven stond. € 150,- voor het schoonmaken is ook overdreven, dampkap hing bijvoorbeeld behoorlijk onder het stof, vingers waren er makkelijk op te zien. Best ook niet onder de bank kijken...

• Clare (6/5): Generally it was fine, the location was goid. - Location Having to get rid of the garbage and take it with us. Surely it can’t be hard to include that in the cost or offer as an additional extra. Also annoying to have to take bedding sheets and towels. Again could this not be offered with an additional charge: we emailed to ask about this and also called Klaus and left a message and didn’t receive a response until the morning of our arrival when it was too late to do anything.

• Arthur (8/5): Very good - We had a great time at Villa Mozart ! We initially had a problem with the dates of the reservation, but everything was dealed very quickly and nicely, thanks to the owner. Very close to the beach, the apartment was just like the photos.
