This place is close to town with all facilities and more. Nothing really
- Joshua (8/5): Well equipped and adequate for a stay - Interesting place and history. Lots of space Difficult to heat in the cooler climate. No wifi or TV available without carrying personal cords and mobile wifi.

- 嘉軒 (8/5): Very good - Pretty spacious and got everything The provided creamer had already expired
I found out after I already poured into my tea and took a sip.
Other things are perfect
- Tarah (10/5): Great place! - The place was very generous in size, and had many amenities/bedrooms. Great place for large groups and well-priced for an overnight stay if you're travelling through. This is only a small comment. I didn't receive an up-to-date code for the key lock box, so, when we arrived, we couldn't open it. However, there was a phone number provided on the door; the person answered and provided us with the information needed to get in.
- Mary (7/5): A getaway. - It was cosy and had all the things we needed. The Arts Centre was a bit dirty looking, needed to be cleaned up a bit.
- Kimbopumpkin (8/5): Big house but needs clearer instructions how to get there esp when arriving after dark - Electric blankets under every bed which my 9yo loved as she was cold in many places we stayed in however had the best sleep here with the blanket kept on low heat throughout the night. House is also very large and made it fun for a game of hide and seek with the kids. There are games and jigsaw puzzles for the kids. Difficult to find in the dark.
Instructions from the Booking.com link were totally wrong - don't rely on this.
Instead google the property and find it this way - there is a house number but this isn't even mentioned in booking.com.
Needs better instructions as to how to reach the place.
Tried to contact the owners after getting lost and ending up on some random person's property, but it was only a landline which went to voicemail.
There are also bugs around - had a couple fly into the house in the night which freaked out the kids.
TV doesn't work.
- Paul (8/5): Loved the cottage and would reccommend to large groups to stay here if you don't mind being far out - Sharon was brilliant, really accommodating especially as we lost our way and couldnt find where we needed to go. She stayed up late to check us in and showed us around. The cottage was really big, well maintained and super comfy. I wish we could have had more time there. Location is not great and hard to find but I would say that you should kind of know that before you book as its marked on the map. You forget how big Australia is.
- Hiu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (7/5): Plenty of space, was comfortale and did the job for what we needed. - Plenty of room No hot water on two of the three mornings as the pipes had frozen. It was well under 0deg during the nights and the pipes were not insulated well enough.
- Preyada (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (9/5): A very commodious and comfortable place to stay in Delegate - The 'cottage' is large and comfortable (5 bedrooms). It would be great for two families or for groups such as bushwalkers, birdwatchers or heritage enthusiasts. It has a bathroom (with toilet), a separate toilet and another shower in the laundry. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped and has an adjoining dining area. There is heating in every room and electric blankets on the beds. It is run by the local Delegate Progress Association, so staying there contributes to the community and local economy. The identification signage from the road is a bit cryptic - it says something like 'Accommodation & Art Centre' but doesn't mention the cottage by name.
- Kirby-anne (8/5): comfortable - good value for money
- Anonymous (10/5): . shame that weather did not permit use of bbq. Forgot to write in visitors book unfortunately.in Cisi - Everything was available and well thought out. from a hairdryer to a toaster to extra blankets. N/A
suggestion-advise that signage shows Accommodation and arts centre. we were looking for Nurses Cottage which is not visible from the road.
- Marianne (5/5): Passable - Very spacious, more than enough room for my little family. It had modern bathrooms and kitchen. It was the perfect location to stay for the night and then continue my trip the next day The beds and furniture were very dated. The vintage style isn't my style
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - quiet, no neighbors and plenty of room to park heavy vehicles
- Santosh (8/5): Very good -
- Gareth (8/5): Great value accomodation - Clean, specious and well equipped house. only had one aircon in the living area, could have used at least a fan or aircon in the rooms.
- Seth.h (9/5): Superb -
- Chui (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (7/5): I would like to return with my family or motor cycle friends. A real surprise. - The local progress association has turned this Nurses Cottage into a real plus for Delegate. I liked everything about The Cottage. I walked for less than ten minutes to the pub for my evening meal. I slept well after many hours on my motorcycle. I had the whole place to myself but it has beds for many in separate bedrooms. Heating. Hot showers. An excellent base for motor cyclists to explore the rural roads and sights. I got to the door of the cottage, but how do I get in? I can see the lockbox, but how do I get that open? No sign to call for assistance. I went to the local pub and fortunately the local network set me on the right course.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (9/5): Nice old place on the bush - It was a bit difficult to find.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was larger than what we needed (five bedrooms), but it was in the location we wanted and the price was very good. No complaints.
- Wichard (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): great if you have it all to yourself. - The key safe was difficult to negotiate in the dark. The place was nice but we literally arrived late at night and left at dawn so we didn't use any facility The key safe .. espeially in the dark
