A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon booking the property will send the guest a contract agreement that must be signed and sent back to the property via email within 3 days. Please note that from November 1 until May 31, electricity is not included in the room rate and will be charged depending on usage. The electricity charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
