• Bailey (8/5): - Nice basic apartment with everything available. Good communication with host. Easy to get to supermarket & trams. Not keen on gas hob so didn't use it. Being at the front of the building meant it was noisy from traffic (I had earplugs!).

• Stephanie (9/5): Would return - A few minute walk from the tram, which is ~ 12 minutes from the central train station. Clean kitchen and kitchen supplies (pans, salt, coffee, fridge, microwave, etc). Staff was so friendly! No dryer for your clothes, but then again it’s a different culture so they have a clothes line. Expensive, but Florence is expensive
• Pighetti (9/5): Great location in a comfortable apartment - Convenient location and amenities and kind host! Close to the tram and only 10-15 minutes to the center Near a busy street, but it wasn’t an issue for me.
• Suren (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is equipped with everything, it’s located near the tram stop, so it’s easy to get to the city center in 15 minutes. Quiet and nice place.

• Fraser (7/5): Good - Very attentive host who very kindly left us a bottle of wine on arrival, also recommended a good gelateria nearby and a good place to watch the sunset. Very easy access to the local tram stop to get into the city centre. Although easy to get to the train station, getting to the south side of the city centre still took a while in total. Beds weren’t the comfiest and only 3 pillows between 2 people. The apartment is located on a street with busy thoroughfare so was a bit noisy at night.
• Tracey (7/5): Good - Location was good for the large coop supermarket and trams to train station and other places. Friendly and helpful owners who kept in contact as we were delayed by flight. It was OK for the week but we would not stay here again. Beds were a bit hard to get comfortable on. Sofa not large enough to fit a family and dining chairs not very comfy. Very noisy main road below with lots of traffic noise into the early hours and again from very early morning. I was unaware that there were steps up to property without a lift, but while it was ok for us, it wouldn't be suitable for those less mobile.
