• Michael (10/5): Excellent value with great amenities! - Location was great. Enjoyed the hot tub once it warmed up (took 2 days to warm from 80-104). The beds were not very comfortable but all the bedding was very nice. King size on the floor was difficult for the guests staying in there.

• Kimberly (8/5): Great location and value but the house needs maintenance - Location was great! House was big enough to accommodate visitors The grass looked like it hadn’t been cut in weeks. Weeds growing between patio stones in back yard. Large hole in the screen of the patio door so we couldn’t have it open or we’d have bugs in the house. Previous guest left propane tanks on so when we wanted to use the bbq we couldn’t. Kitchen light was full of bugs. A lot of scuffs on the walls and unfinished wall repairs. Odd black splatter in main floor powder room.

• Donna (10/5): Excellent Home and Facilities - Everything needed for a comfortable stay, would highly recommend. - The property was a lovely clean property in a great location with easy access to the highways. The property contained everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent and contained ample dinnerware. The beds were comfortable and the home had lots of space for multiple guests. There was a hot tub in the back garden as well as patio furniture and a sauna in the lower level. Although we did not use the hot tub, or sauna the facilities were available for us to use if we wanted to. The management of the property was excellent, following a malfunction of the heating control, the company were quick to respond and resolve the issue without any inconvenience. We were also provided with the courtesy of a late check out which was appreciated having a late flight back to the UK. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning to the property again in the future. There wasn't anything that we did not like.

I never see garbage policy like them. They even dont jave any bin for garbase. They did not clean the towel.bed sheet properly.

• Ahad (9/5): The place where you'd come again - Everything was perfect except garbage and parking challenges. We even forgot our medications there, they helped us to pick them up later on. Garbage and parking challenges are frustrating. Luckily found space on the roadside. Garbage disposal place was closed on Sunday, therefore had to take our garbage with us not to pay 15$ per bag which was too expensive. And bunk bed in the basement. It was uncomfortable.

• Clarissa (5/5): Bad experience. - Large space to accommodate our party of 9. We had to do residual laundry left by the cleaning crew in the dryer; we folded towels and beddings and had to put them away. We were inconvenienced several times: management wanted access to garage; we were entitled to use of driveway. Very annoying. Management too cheap to pay for garbage disposal. We had to take our garbage offsite. This wasn’t communicated until reservation has been finalized. They should have been upfront with this. Nothing luxurious about the king bed in the master bedroom, which was uncomfortable; it was hard and low to the ground. The sink in the master bedroom bath was slow draining; we communicated this to management but no effort was made to fix it. The house is supposed to accommodate 20 people, yet there are not enough serving bowls. The pans were small in size and were inadequate. The pots were not adequate. Their cleaning crew missed that there was a broken wine glass, so I immediately reported it. Now they want pictures! Another inconvenience. The property was dusty in several places and the management charges a cleaning fee? We left the property clean and yet … They had the audacity to defraud me by keeping a portion of my security deposit for $250CAD, falsely claiming we made the hot tub dirty. WE NEVER USED THE HOT TUB!!! It was probably filthy to begin with; we had no way of knowing as WE NEVER USED IT! I objected to this and was referred to their “Financial Manager”; despite my follow-up several times, no one returned my email. I am reporting this to the credit card company as a potentially fraudulent transaction. BEWARE of this company.
• Edna (9/5): I enjoyed our stay! - I like the location and the layout of the townhouse. I didn’t like the king size bed. It’s not comfortable, lacks cushioning. I think its too old. The in-suite bathroom’s shower needs more cleaning, it’s grout is moldy.
• Mahesh (9/5): Superb - The communication for garbage disposal was misleading. The facility was closed. We did dispose off the garbage in the public garbage bins near the property. This could have been communicated better.
• Cathy (8/5): Fine facility for a family get together. - Spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen. 4 bedrooms above ground with comfortable beds and pillows. Everything spotless. Living rooms had comfortable seating with sofas which could be made into beds as needed. Location was excellent, with lake view and access to walking paths and a cute beach. Close to the QEW for access to sights in the area. Weeds in the backyard. The facility does not give you enough toilet paper for your stay, you must purchase your own.
• Nicole (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Met all of our needs. Location, number of bedrooms, bathrooms The townhouse does need some upgrade in maintenance. For example, shower in main bedroom upstairs needs new caulking, kitchen needs new toaster, new coffee maker, more pots & pans but overall very nice facilities. Wifi instructions were 100% inaccurate (location, username and password).
• Robert (4/5): The management company for this house is totally inept. We had to go out and purchase extra cups, pans, and bowls to mix - The property size was very nice. However, it was advertised to House 20 people, and there was next to nothing for any kitchen stuff. There were three small frying pans large enough for two eggs each,, two spaghetti pans and 1 quart pan. Nothing to serve food in. No mixing bowls. Not enough glasses, not enough plates, not enough silverware, the Jacuzzi was destroyed after two days with green water. The worst part of everything was the staff was totally non-responsive. They never called me back and I called several times. I only called once when I actually got someone and took down the problems and did nothing about them. The last two days we cannot use the Jacuzzi at all because it was such green water. Totally unacceptable. In addition they did not provide trash pick up. They required to take your trash with you. Who does that? The size of the property was very nice
• Babskuh (5/5): Big mess after a party! - It was situated great in between Niagara Falls and Toronto Before we rented the house there was a group off people partying, it was a big mess. Allthough they tried hard to clean it, the jacuzzi was really dirty, the beds were still wet, the washing machine was still full with lots off towels. The garden was full off weeds.

When we came to the house, There was trash left under the sink. the patio table was broken and there were broken glasses scattered. they only came next day to clean it up. there was not enough supplies in the house like paper towel and dish soap.

• Sarah (1/5): Bad - Came for Christmas because of death in the family and needed more space, nothing worked still had to go out a buy dish soap, because didn't want to loose my deposit but still gave me 100 less for no reason, no broom.no paper. towels, it was the most dissatisfied experience ever
• Nino (5/5): Any time the family spends together is a great time wherever we are - The property nice looking fresh I didn’t like to fact that you said all amenities were in working condition and hot tub has not been hot all weekend but yet it is running toaster missing the handle fridge ice machine not working vacuum when we tried to clean up before we left does not work and there is no broom in this place to sweep I think they need better management and keeping up with all maintenance properly
