• Judith (10/5): Traumhaft schön - Es war rundum perfekt. Das frische Brot, diverses Obst, Sekt, Snacks…Man wurde wundervoll empfangen, das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Falls mehr, als 2 Personen das Haus buchen, empfiehlt es sich einen größeren Topf zum Kochen mitzunehmen. Ansonsten ist es einfach traumhaft schön und absolut perfekt.

• ERAN (10/5): One of the best places we have ever stayed in - Great place, fully equipped and very clean. The owners even organized snacks and bottle of Cava. Great espresso machine. Great location for hikes and not in the touristic area. On last minute we asked the owner for late check out and ghe owner immediately responded. It is a matter of personal taste, but the mattresses were hard and firm for us.

• Sven (10/5): Tolles, entspanntes Wochenende - Ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wunderschön – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.
• Köhler (10/5): Das haben wir nicht erwartet. 😍 - Es war alles da was man sich bei einer Ankunft/Aufenthalt wünscht. Getränke, diverse Knabbereien, Sekt, Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, Feuerholz u.v.m. Mehr als zu empfehlen.

• Daniela (10/5): - Es war alles wunderschön! Nach der Fahrt erwartete uns gedämtes Licht und leise Musik. Wir dachten erst, wir sind im falschen Haus... doch der Schlüssel hatte gepasst. Auch der Kühlschrank war mit Getränke und Erdbeeren bestückt. Knabberzeug und Sekt stand auch bereit. Alles wunderbar! Wir kommen 100% wieder. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter für alles was wir vorgefunden haben 🫂. Es gibt nicht, was man hier schreiben könnte... einfach alles war perfekt.

• Anett (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns frisches Brot, Obst, Getränke, Kuchen und diverse Knabbereien. Das war eine tolle Überraschung! Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Kaffeevollautomat war mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllt und auch Kaffeesahne und Zucker war vorhanden. Selbst Hygieneartikel, Waschmittel, Backpapier, Alufolie und Frischhaltefolie waren da, kurzum, alles da was man braucht und in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen vergeblich sucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und TV, es gibt Verdunklungsrollos. Der perfekte Startpunkt für Wanderungen in die sächsische und/oder böhmische Schweiz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
• Reinhild (10/5): - Das Eichecken war sehr einfach und man wurde beim Eintreten durch leise Musik empfangen. Zudem standen Kindersekt + Gläser und eine Schale Erdbeeren auf dem Tisch. Zusätzlich gab es noch einen großen Obstkorb mit Äpfeln, Birnen, Apfelsinen und Zitronen. Auch der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt und es lag ein frisches Brot auf einem Schneidebrett bereit. Die Aussicht auf die Elbe und das gegenüberliegenden Ufer waren wunderschön und bei entsprechendem Wetter kann man sie von der Terrasse aus genießen. In sehr vielen Steckdosen steckten Duftstecker, was sicher gut gemeint war, aber für uns zu intensiv. Wir haben sie aus den Steckdosen herausgezogen, dann war alles gut.
• Sven & Conny (10/5): - Es liegt sehr zentral für Wanderung und Radtouren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft war Obst, Brot und Getränke da. Wir fühlten sofort Willkommen. Es war alles sehr schön.
• Dr. Michael (10/5): - Wir merkten, dass sich der Vermieter sehr viel Mühe gibt. Bei der Ankunft stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank, ebenso Wasser und Bier. Frische Erdbeeren und ein großer Obstteller sowie Knabbereien und Kuchen rundeten den Willkommensgruß ab. Der Kaffeevollautomat war gefüllt, ausreichend Kaffee vorhanden. Während wir bisher in Ferienhäusern eigentlich nur die Reste unserer Vorgänger fanden, war hier einfach alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus verfügt auf der Terrasse über ein weiteres von außen zugängliches abschließbares WC mit vielen Steckdosen, so dass wir dort die Akkus unserer Pedelecs über Nacht super laden konnten. Die Räder selbst haben wir im abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen abgestellt. Wir haben die eine Woche dort sehr genossen.

• Vit (9/5): - Lokalika super. Mnoho výletů v okolí. Na apartmánu na nás a děti čekalo drobné pohoštění. Apartmán čistý. K dispozici myčka, pračka, dostatek nádobí pro 6 osob. Pes s námi nakonec nejel, ale byla pro něj i miska. Wifi připojení k internetu dostačující. Intenzita osvětlení v obytných místnostech. Interiér je tmavý a světla by chtěla s větší svítivostí. V koupelnách osvětlení ok. Teflonová pánvička byla značně poškrábaná, raději jsme ji nepoužili. Ale to nic nemění na kvalitě pobytu.

• Christin (9/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Blick für Details - Gute Lage mit Blick auf die Elbe Die Kinder konnte Züge auf der anderen Seite zählen Es gab einen schönen Außensitzbereich jedoch fehlten da noch eine paar Sitzauflagen für mehr Gemütlichkeit. Beim frühstücken hätten wir uns einen Toaster gewünscht.

The check-in experience was smooth and the host(s) had prepared various welcome gifts which was a very lovely surprise. The location is close to everything you might want to see in the area and you can definitely walk to Pravcicka Gate. -
• Maria (10/5): A wonderful escape for those seeking beauty, calm, and connection with nature. - We had a truly peaceful and memorable stay at Panda House. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully prepared with all details needed for a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the stunning surroundings of Bohemian Switzerland. The hosts were incredibly generous, leaving us a variety of breakfast items, coffee, tea, and even a bottle of champagne to welcome us. Mornings and evenings spent here felt special sipping coffee while watching the river and passing trains, or enjoying a glass of wine by the fire. Our kids especially loved chopping wood for the grill, which made the experience even more fun and hands-on. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and soak in the nature and charm of the region. Just a tip for future guests: since the area is rich in nature, it’s a good idea to wear long sleeves or use repellent even while relaxing at the table in the yard. I was in a summer dress one evening and found a small tick on my leg the next day a reminder that nature here is very much alive! not enough time at this beautiful place.

Plenty of fruits, water, coffee, tea and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. This is one of the best properties we ever stayed. We stayed there last year as well and we loved the place! Highly recommended for anyone who wants an excellent property in a nice, peaceful and picturesque place. None

This incredibly cozy house made us want to stay much longer than we had planned. The fireplace, paintings, and other interior details created a truly magical atmosphere. A special thank you for the lovely surprise of fresh fruits, sweets, and chilled champagne—it was a delightful touch! We also really appreciated the personal hygiene kits for each guest and the extremely comfortable beds. This house has definitely made it into our TOP recommendations and a must-visit list! Additionally, the location is absolutely perfect. We could go on listing all the advantages, but we highly recommend visiting this amazing place and experiencing it for yourself! • Valentin (10/5): Beautiful holiday house by the river - - amazing and thoughtful host who would go an extra extra mile to make you feel welcome - when we entered the house we saw a decorated Christmas tree with gifts under the tree and a traditional cake, complimentary bottles of champagne and fresh strawberries in the fridge with an extra stash of water - the house is so cozy and warm with a beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace and a big table where the whole family can gather and play - clean and comfortable beds - tastefully picked accessories like shampoo and soap - outdoor terrace with a grill and a set of garden furniture - beautiful view on the river Tereza, thank you for having us. I wish you and your family joy, peace and love in the new year! It took a minute to figure out how to turn on the heating on the second floor, maybe worth writing a short instruction.

But in the hill, so you from the rooms you only see the river which is great. But it actually doesn’t disturb - just make sure you have a car

• Krzysztof (10/5): Perfect Christmas destination :-) - The house was extremely clean and wonderfully cosy. We all felt like at home. Moreover it has been equipped very well with kitchen tools what was important while preparing famous Polish Christmas dishes :-). Christmas tree waited for us nicely dressed :-) with some sweets and drinks. Thank you! Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!
• Fernanda (10/5): perfect holiday house for group of friends and families - the house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and snacks. Everything was impeccable and very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with coffee and kitchen basics like oil and salt (which is not always a must). There are TVs in both bedrooms with Netflix connection. The beds are very comfortable and cozy, and there are towels and bathroom basics for every guest. Everything was perfect. If I have to look for something it would be that the air freshener was too strong. But really it is just to say something, because the truth is that the stay was perfect.

When we arrived fresh strawberries, sparkling wine and snacks where waiting for us and the radio was turned on. Everything you potentially need is provided. Even the fireplace was prepared! The level of hospitality and the facilities are outstanding. Drinking the sparkling wine on the terrace with great view was the ultimate holiday experience. The living room and the two bedrooms are stunning. Definitely go for it in case it is available and treat yourself.
• Malgorzata (10/5): Our first stay in Czech was very nice. Shame the Czech Switzerland is so burned and many paths are closed to the public. - Lovely property, very well equipped for holiday stay. We were welcomed with amazing goodies and had everything we needed. Thank you! It would be great to have blinds in the bedroom windows as it is very brights from the street lamps.

We felt that we were waited for, was a background music playing, champagne on the table or a cup of coffee just waiting for us to sit and relax in front of this wonderful view! We have no words to describe this magic. A big thank you for thinking of so many small details that made our short stay sooooo wonderful. We didn't like our decision to stay only one night. We will definitely come back to enjoy all this goodness for a little longer.
