You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact the guest to provide pin code for access to the property once the reservation is made. Please note that there is a 1.4% surcharge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card.

David (10/5): Great location, lovely bedrooms and facilities in a warm, quiet & modern house. - A gem of a location on the north-side of Katoomba, in a quiet part of town. The house is lovely, warm and modern. The heating did a perfect job of warding away the chilly Katoomba weather, and the fire place worked a treat. Lovely modern kitchen and very comfortable lounge area served us well. Beds were all warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Andrew (9/5): Great cottage in the mountains for exploring from or sitting back to relax away from the busy side of Katoomba. - Nice clean and fresh house for a mountain getaway. The electric blankets and heater in main living area made it comfortable in the wet and cold weather. Light in the car port was out and we ran out of fire wood with our 5 night stay.

Julie (9/5): A very comfortable home that was easy to feel "at home" in. - Although the house was in an area of Katoomba I was not familiar with it was very "tranquil" with the bush views front and back. The house was well equipped and having enough firewood for two nights was excellent. it's always lovley to have a wood burning stove on a weekend in the mountains. Leaving!

Jmartin3233 (9/5): Superb - Beautiful neat and tidy home. Well appointed and recently renovated but still had plenty of character. The only minor complaint was that the king size bed is ultra, ultra firm. Which is fine if that's what you like, but the option of a mattress topper would be a good idea for those who don't like a stiff bed.
