• JULIEN (10/5): - Petit logement cosy, confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous étions content de rentrer le soir en famille dans le logement. Au niveau de l'emplacement, nous avons pu visité Bruges, Gand, Anvers, Damme et Knokkes en voiture avec des distances correctes. /

• Jean (10/5): Perfektes Haus für den Besuch von Nordbelgien - Diese Unterkunft kann nicht mit einem Design-Interieur protzen, aber dieses ältere Haus inmitten der Natur in einer Landwirtschaftszone hat viel Charakter und man kann ausgezeichnet einige Tage hier verbringen (5 Nächte). Der Pellet-Ofen gibt auch an kälteren Tagen schön Warm und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet um für maximal 4 Personen ein Essen zu kochen. Wir besuchten von hier aus Brüssel, Brugge, Gent, Antwerpen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit paar Flaschen Belgischem Bier und einem Himbeer-Küchlein überrascht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und bei Fragen war er auch sehr hilfsbereit. Können es gerne weiter empfehlen und würden sofort wieder hier nächtigen. Somit alles perfekt. • norbert (9/5): War besser als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. - Ruhige fast einsame Lage mitten im grünen.Alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. kleine Terasse zum abschalten nach all den Besichtigungen. Haben uns jeden Tag auf das zurückkommen in das gemütliche Häuschen gefreut. Das Wetter, und das wir keine Fahrräder mitgenommen haben. Für die nähere Umgebung wäre es eine Erleichterung gewesen. Die kleinen Straßen sind mit dem Auto nicht leicht zu meistern.
• steffi von und zu (10/5): - Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zuhause für ein paar Tage. Wir haben eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir fanden Kuchen und Bierspezialitäten zu unserer Begrüßung vor. Später hat Peter sich Zeit genommen um uns persönlich zu begrüßen uns seine Heimst näher zu bringen und uns besondere Tips für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten zu geben. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pelletofen bereitet eine sehr angenehme Wärme. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Schuppen unterstellen - perfekt. Wir kommen gerne mal im Sommer zurück. ♡ Auf dieser schönen Terasse lässt es sich sicherlich wunderbar frühstücken. Alles war perfekt. Dankeschööön.
• T (10/5): Cosy cottage, quiet location, amazing stay! - We had a wonderful time during our stay at Jardin de Lieze. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, the cottage is quite cosy, located on a country road in a quiet peaceful area. The large double bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for your stay, there is an enclosed garden area where we enjoyed a bit of sun with our dogs - all in all we were very happy with our choice and will go back there if we return to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay!
• Becky G (8/5): Cozy cottage. Heats with wood pellet stove. - It was a lovely comfy cottage next to the owner's house. He was a friendly host and left me with a fresh pastry. The cottage had a cozy feel. The bedroom is upstairs and the stairs are steep and narrow. Not a problem for most. Wood pellet stove. I am allergic to the smoke that comes from the stove. He had an electric heater available but there was already the smoke smell in the cottage from use of the pellet stove. I couldn't stay and had to find different lodging. Most people would not be bothered by the pellet stove. I just wish I had known about it or I wouldn't have booked there.

• Jonathan (10/5): Tranquilidad y encanto - Es una casa pequeña pero con encanto, todo lo que puedas necesitar en una casa está en ella. Muy calentita, no pasamos nada de frío. El entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo.
• Dirk (10/5): Hele mooie B&B... - Is een hele mooie gezellige B&B... Heel knus en gezellig ingericht, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt in een B&B, ook een heel comfortabel bed... Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug komen...

• Erik (9/5): Het verblijf was erg prettig. - De inhoud van de warmwaterboiler is te klein als 2 personen achter elkaar willen douchen. Na 1 (normale) douchebeurt was het water al snel behoorlijk afgekoeld. Voor afwassen van de vaat was het water dan eigenlijk te ver afgekoeld.

• Burghardt (9/5): - ...sehr gemütliches Häuschen in wunderschöner Lage. Tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge! Super ist, das Hunde in dem Häuschen erlaubt, sind. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich und dem Badezimmer (im EG keine Toilette) ist aber recht steil, so dass ich meinen Hund getragen habe. Für Leute mit größeren Hunden, die mit Treppen nicht besonders geschickt sind, also weniger geeignet.. Preis -/ Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt unschlagbar, denn viele andere Unterkünfte haben größere Nachteile und sind zu meist hochpreisiger. 🤗

• Zachary (8/5): Very good - It's a lovely cottage that quickly felt like home. I could tell that our host put a lot of time and effort on all the details of renovating. He surprised us with pastries the morning after we had arrived. It was a pleasant treat! One thing that I hadn't seen on reviews that definitely needs to be mentioned, there was a huge big of legos for my kids to play with. It was the highlight of their visit! Our only issue was messaging our host. We messaged on booking and then the next day by texting to ask about using the washing machine. (We also had run out of toilet paper as there was only 1 roll when we got there, and were waiting to hear back from the text about the washing machine.) We didn't hear back from the host until we had already checked out. :(

• Maartje (10/5): Exceptional - We had a nice time at Jardin de Lieze. The owner was very nice, he left pastry in the freezer and brought chocolate croissants one morning. The kitchen had all you need to cook, even a blender which is rare. There was a trampoline in the garden, which made the kids happy. Although close to a road, we had quiet night sleep. 30 min drive to the beach an Brugge. I preffer to have two blankets in stead of one big one on a double bed. And the slide in the garden could have a restauration.

• Sorin (10/5): A home that is beautifully decorated, which also has incredibly kind and welcoming owners. - Everything was perfect, the property was one of the most beautiful I had seen, the outside space was beautifully decorated with flowers and greenery, the inside was decorated in a rustic style which was outstanding, it was clean and tidy, it had everything you needed, with all the details you would need. The owners were the most genuine and kind people, they had brought us beer and cakes in order to welcome us to our stay, they also helped us in choosing what places we should visit in Belgium. We deeply appreciate everything they did for us. Nothing.
• Joshua (8/5): Great stay in Adegem - Unfortunately we were sick for half the duration, but still had a good stay. Just the right size for what we needed. Had airconditioning upstairs to keep us cool at night. Bathroom was spacious and a high chair for baby was available upon request. Felt safe and secure! Right next to the road, so you hear all passing tractors and cars. Bed is on the smaller size. Towels weren’t the softest. Also, take care when cooking as cooker heated up far too quickly even when set on low. And a shame that washing machine/dryer weren’t inside the property but instead in the owner’s house.

Lots of information on the area available. The stairs were a bit awkward for me as I have a bad knee. Some instructions for the combi stove would have been helpful.

• Laurentiu (10/5): Exceptional - When we arrived in the evening, we found the house heated and clean, cold beer in the fridge and sweet pastries on the table. In this cute little house we found everything we needed to make us four people feel comfortable. It is located in a quiet area in the countryside, from where in four days we visited Anvers, Gent, Bruges, Lissewege, Blankenberge. Everything worked very well, including the pellet stove (thanks to the detailed instructions written by Peter). Reading in a previous review about the existence of a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, I brought suitable capsules and made a good coffee every morning (there is also a coffee filter so you have options). I don't think you can find such good accommodation at this price. Despite the bad weather, it was a lovely stay for us. Thanks to our hosts for everything! Only a fastidious could find something.
• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything !! The host family was amazing, so helpful, incredibly helpful ! We didn't want to leave, so we stayed another 3 days. Perfect location for seeing the sights of Belgium. The house had everything you needed down to tea bags and spoons, there was nothing we didn't have. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. I was even taught what beer should taste like 😊 I will never buy another Stella again !!! We will miss being here, what a great start to our trip around Europe, I hope everything compares to this Peter 🩷 100% worth the stay. Nothing !!!!
