Kitchen utensils are not easy to use! Frying pan was not flat and so no way to fry steak! Quite disappointed. Serious rusting of the Chinese style wok was found. Although there were breakfast provisions, it was a surprise that no egg was provided!

Little thoughtful details were throughout the home and made what was already a beautiful home so much more cosy and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending it to everyone we know for their stays in Hobart

• Sufei (10/5): Perfect stay! - Perfect house and perfect location. It located in a quiet and safe area. The whole apartment is in a great status, super clean and cozy. Matt and Steph are so kind and prepared milk / coffee / bread / travel handbooks, etc to us. All the rooms are well equipted and warm. We can find everything we need in the apartment. We are a group of 6, and all of us had a great time. Our car is a MVP which is large, parking inside the yard is a bit hard. We parked our car on the street in front of the apartment (other neighbours also do the same) for 3 days and had no problem. No. Everything is perfect!

The retro decor and furniture just the best thing we have seen enhanced by all the little nuances and touches. Worth a stay…….. That we couldn’t stay longer…… Cleaning appeared rushed……….
• Ian (10/5): Superb Stay - Park on Park was a very nice art deco space in New Town. Our 2 & 5 year old boys loved having a backyard and courtyard to play in. We appreciated the well appointed pantry with breakfast cereals and condiments aplenty. The oven was broken, and Matt and Steph graciously allowed us to use theirs as they arranged for it to be fixed the same day. They even provided Lego for our boys! We loved our stay, big rooms, big beds, bathed in wonderful light through the large front windows.
