• Aida (10/5): Highly recommend to anyone staying in Melbourne - Great facilities like pool, gym and spa. Bed was really comfy but could do with larger sheets. Great space and very homely. Perfect location just a tram from the city or beach. Would be good if the cleaners would hoover/mop the floors. Sheets on the bed could be bigger as they were a bit small for the bed and duvet cover was just a duvet sandwiched between 2 sheets so felt a bit odd. But this is us being picky it was a fantastic apartment and would recommend anyone visiting Melbourne to stay here

• Neil (9/5): Lovely stay next to Albert Park - Comfortable amount of space in the studio apartment. We spent christmas here and felt able to relax. We spilled some coffee on the sheets but they were very forgiving! Helpfully provided laundry powder for the washing machine and dishwasher tablets. Great location next to Albert Park. Sauna and Jacuzzi on the roof were a very nice treat! The bed was slightly dirty on arrival - a few hairs etc on the topsheet. The rest of the apartment very clean.

The rooms were spacious and really clean. Very nice pool area with great views of city. First floor level had a bit of street noise but not major.

• Jo (8/5): Great facility but maintenance required - Nice apartments in a good location within close walking distance of the extensive tram network. Nice swimming pool area on the rooftop. Some maintenance is required. 1) balcony door was very stiff to open. Impossible if you were not very strong. 2) dishwasher incorrectly installed. The result was both top and bottom trays came flying out when the door was opened. 3) hot water was only just warm enough in the morning
