• Victor (1/5): - Mala atención, llegamos cansados después del viaje y no había agua en el dispenser, las playas llenas de basura. (Bolsas, vasos plásticos, botellas. Nos obligaron a usas las pulseras de identificación y cada vez que íbamos a algún lado nos cobraban precios altos al ver la pulsera. Sinceramente malísimo.

• severina (6/5): Demasiada presión en los huéspedes. - La área de la piscina está bien. El apartamento está bien compartido y hay dos baños. Cuando llueve el agua entra por la parte de atrás hasta la cocina, hay demasiada reglas hasta se por sé acaso se mancha la toalla de baño te lo cobran, y si rompes algo como 1 vaso te escriben que es algo que se puede fácilmente pasar, me pareció demasiado fuerte el control que hasta te da miedo y no te quedas a gusto, la salida para el mar hay mucha basura y lama, realmente muy feo, la ubicación en booking no corresponde a la que realmente tiene que poner en GPS, no volvería a estar ahí.

• Harald F. (7/5): Gute Wohnung aber nicht korrekt beschrieben - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Management war gut erreichbar. Die Anlage aussen ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist schön wenn auch klein im Verhältnis zur Größe der Anlage bzw. Wohneinheiten Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Fotos, diese müssen eine andere Wohnung zeigen. Auch die Einrichtung ist anders. Auf den Fotos ist das Meer von der Terrasse (im 1. Stock) aus zu sehen, die Wohnung ist aber im Parterre und von einer hohen Mauer umgeben. Das Fenster in der Eingangstüre hat keinen Vorhang o.ä., jeder der vorbei geht kann ins Wohnzimmer sehen. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist nur etwa anderthalb Meter breit mit hoher Mauer ringsum, da bekommst du Platzangst beim Grillen. Wir haben das beim Vermieter reklamiert, wurden aber abgewiesen mit dem Argument, dass man 35 Wohnungen verwalten würde und es nicht möglich sei, individuelle Beschreibungen zu veröffentlichen. Das ist schlicht nicht akzeptabel.

Da política do check-in que é entre as 15h00 às 17h00, contrapartida o check-out out às 12h00 prometendo a possibilidade de estender o horário como cortesia porém só pode avisar se vai estender pouco antes do horário estabelecido ficando inviável pois temos que preparar tudo e já ficar trocado de roupa se caso ter que sair de 12h00 Apesar de gostar e estar acostumado com regras pois sou militar, achei um excesso de regras desnecessários, com ameaças de multas em tudo e valores impraticáveis , porém sabemos que as regras são indispensáveis gosto delas mas tudo com equilíbrio.

Entendo a necessidade de controle e cuidado, mas é excessivo. Muito mais do que qualquer outro lugar que já fiquei. O estacionamento só dava pra entrar e sair porque estava vazio. Em época de ocupação média, fica inviável. Quando chegamos tinha muito pernilongo. Matamos e saímos ilesos. Mas alérgicos devem avaliar. A cama do quarto de casal é tamanho padrão (o menor) e os colchões estavam afundados já. A localização, apesar de próxima à praia, só é boa se você levar toda a comida que precisa. Só há um lugar bom por perto. Até pra pedir comida é difícil

• Eli (9/5): - Como nosso dentista é em Pau Amarelo e nossa filha e neto residem no Janga, sempre optamos ficar em Maria Farinha, pois tudo está em Paulista. O ap está bem equipado, limpo e o ar condicionado funciona bem, além de uma churrasqueira privada disponível. A piscina é pequena mas serve bem quando não há muita gente. A cama de casal fica apertada no quarto e o colchão não é tão confortável para quem tem problemas de coluna. Mas para poucos dias dá para aguentar tomando medicação.
