- Ian (3/5): - The location was good and it was clean, but that's about it. It's old and rundown. We ended up with 3 units when could have been enough. This meant we paid almost $800 too much. We weren't aware it was units, it was advertised as an 8 bedroom house.
Of the 3 units the air conditioning didn't work in 2 of them. The TV's all operated differently and reception was poor.
The number of emails and texts about the rules was over the top, however there has been no response as to the non working air conditioning.
The decks were in need of repair and clean and all the wasp nests removed from around the whole of the building
All in all a very poor result
- Lesley (6/5): Great location but house needs maintenance - Good location, well equipped. Add is very misleading as it states it sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms when it’s actually a house that’s been sectioned into 3 self contained villas, very disappointing as we went as a family and couldn’t share meals together. We attempted to get together outside but there is no shaded seating area that’s suitable as the back veranda gets the hot afternoon sun. Property really needs some maintenance, rotting railings on the front veranda. Problems with the plumbing, management sent a plumber who was onsite for less than 10 minutes who supposedly fixed the issue but the problem was back the next day. Drain outside was blocked and had what looked like toilet paper that had come up out of the drain and it looked like it had been there quite a while. Air conditioner in villa 2 kept turning itself off, contacted management but had no reply. No screen doors on any exterior doors and one door not shutting properly as lock is stuck and had trouble locking another with key. Windows in one villa were locked with no key to open them. Fly screens missing or constantly falling off and villas filling with mosquitos. Management offered us a late check out but we won’t be staying again.
