• Valantis (9/5): Relaxing seaside getaway - Excellent setup and well maintained house. Prompt management company Towels needed to be replaced and was done promptly and issue with microwave sparking which was also promptly replaced. The aircondition compressors need refilling as after 3 hours they bring in hot air which kept us up most nights trying to get the compressor to kick back on at 24 degrees. Good management company that was prompt at fixing any issues.
• Andrea (8/5): Stylish Villa in safe location but lacking some essentials - The property itself is lovely—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic, with plenty of comfortable shaded spots, which are essential in the heat. We also really appreciated the secure feel of the area, as access to Levanda Hills is gated and requires a code, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. We found the villa lacked a few practical essentials that made our stay less comfortable than expected. There was only one towel provided per person, which really isn’t sufficient when you’re frequently using the pool and beach and need to wash your hair daily. Although we requested more towels and were given four additional ones (for five guests), we were constantly washing and drying them to keep up. There was also an iron provided, but no ironing board, which made ironing awkward. Additionally, there were no tea towels, oven gloves, or even hand towels in the kitchen, which made cooking and using the oven quite difficult and a bit unsafe. Another issue was the lack of floor mats by the patio doors. With people going in and out of the pool, this became quite hazardous—especially with older guests in our group (aged 70 and 81). We ended up using the bath mats by the doors, which then meant we had none left for the bathrooms, making showers slippery and unsafe. We also didn’t have a welcome pack provided like we have had at all the other villas we have stayed at. In other reviews they said they had a bottle of wine, we didn’t. Thankfully I had organised a food delivery otherwise we would have been stuck until we could pick up the hire car to go shopping. These may seem like small things, but they added up and became frustrating over the course of the stay. A few simple additions would have made a big difference. I would definitely recommend hiring a car
• Greaves (9/5): We had a fabulous stay and George was excellent very responsive to enquiries , would have like to BBQ a couple of times - The size , was same as pictures advertised 😊 The pool in shade midday onwards , BBQ was inadequate for four people , hence we didn’t use it , but would have like to , no place mats or coasters would have been nice , needs cushions for sofa on roof terrace .

• Anonymous (8/5): Great stay, enjoyed the Villa and looking forward to next years stay but due to the pool it won’t be this Villa. - The Villa was really nice, everything we needed was there to use. The only thing was we couldn’t use the pool the much as it was October the sun was only over the pool until midday and the water was really cold and the kids were a little disappointed, we were all disappointed.

• Heather (10/5): Villas2lets you are great the people or fretted us kept in touch throughout our stay made sure we had everything and gav - This villa was amazing!! ideal location (far enough to be nice and quiet but close enough to go to the main strip or beach) as well as having a lovely pool the roof terrace was out of this world perfect sun exposure all day with stunning views - very accommodating to children they provided high chair and travel cot very clean appliances and high quality. I’be been coming to Cyprus for over 15yr this has by far been the best stay!! thank you so much
• Angela (7/5): villa was good but not great location, noise from building works, lacked finishing touches - keys were in a key safe at front of property - however directions to villa were very confusing for us and the taxi driver took us half an hour to find the correct villa The villa itself was a well built lovely villa,beds were amazing and comfortable but the villa itself lacked some other nice finishes - such as lights were all bare bulbs! no seating on balconys and roof space felt unfinished. Support from VILLAS2LET was good - The location of the villa to local amenities we felt was not really as described. The nearest beach was a considerable and unsafe walk away. we went once and then took taxis to other beaches that were much nicer without the worry of an unsafe walk and lacked some nice bars etc.. The local supermarket was again a very considerable walk away so did not bother and took taxis to the local metro and ordered food deliveries through the WOLT app. (the cost to hire a car was considerable) In reality we would not have chosen this villa as we had to rely on taxi's to get to local amenities and decent supermarket etc.. all of which added to the considerable cost of this villa which we origionally chose as it was in a "good location" We had some issues with pool which had to be fixed due to filter and pump breaking - the pool itself was not in sun from midday so was extremely cold and practically too cold to swim in and there was considerable noise from the building works - (the villa is on a development which is still being completed) nearby was relentless during our third week. The gardens of the villa to sunbathe were in the shade from middday and it was too noisy to sunbathe most of the time on sun roof. needed some nice seating for balconys and sun roof felt unfinished without some nice seating, sunbeds were uncomfortable. Overall would give 3 out of 5 stars as did not feel given cost of villa this was great value for money
