• Ifran (9/5): A beautiful, clean and spacious home with stunning mountain views - We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and had such a comfortable and welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. It was also incredibly well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, which made our stay feel very easy and carefree. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking mountain scenery. The views were stunning both from inside the house and from outside, and it was such a pleasure to wake up to that landscape each day. The location was also very convenient, with a restaurant within walking distance, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the house is very close to the Stiegl brewery as well. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The free eggs waiting for us on arrival day were such a thoughtful and charming touch, and really added to the warm feeling of the place. The house is located on a working farm, which gives it a lovely authentic countryside atmosphere. There are animals on the farm, and in the mornings there is often some cheerful activity, including the sounds of the animals and visits from primary school children. For early birds, this adds to the charm and makes the place feel lively and connected to farm life. Overall, this is a fantastic holiday home in a beautiful setting. We would happily stay here again and would warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped place to enjoy the mountains.

• dan (10/5): הנופש המושלם - אירוח כפרי מושלם ליד זלצבורג. אם אתם מחפשים את השילוב המדויק בין שקט פסטורלי, קרבה לעיר ואירוח מכל הלב – הגעתם למקום הנכון! זהו בית חווה קסום ממש דקות נסיעה באוטובוס מזלצבורג. בית חווה אותנטי שמציע חוויה כפרית אמיתית. הבית עצמו נקי ברמה מושלמת ומאובזר בטוב טעם בכל מה שצריך. עד הפרט האחרון. החווה פעילה ומלאה בבעלי חיים. אבל גולת הכותרת היא ללא ספק הנוף שנשקף מכל חלון. התעוררנו כל בוקר לנוף עוצר נשימה – הרים גבוהים, מרחבים פתוחים ושלווה מושלמת. פשוט לשבת מול החלון עם הקפה ולא לרצות לזוז. בעלי החווה סטפני וגרהרד הם אנשים חרוצים ונחמדים מאד. קיבלו אותנו בחיוך והיו זמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה בכל רגע נתון. מי צריך יותר מזה? בשורה התחתונה – זה המקום המושלם. תודה רבה סטפני וגרהרד. כבר מחכים לחזור שוב. • Mahan (10/5): - The home is absolutely perfect and spacious. Despite it being about 20 minutes to the city centre, the walk is extremely enjoyable. Amazing bathroom/shower as well
• DP (10/5): - Excellent accommodation: very clean, kitchen well equipped. Quite location, away from the city hustle and bustle. Just 5 minutes walk from the bus station that takes you directly to the city center (10 minutes ride). One can also walk to the city (30 mins). You can also enjoy a glass of freshly brewed beer in the Stiegl brewery located a block away. The hosts are super nice and attentive. Perfect location to stay with kids. Our kids enjoyed playing in the garden and watching the animals on the farm. Would definitely choose this property for the next stay in Salzburg.

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional accommodation and host. Highly recommend this property! - Absolutely one of the best rental properties we have stayed in across Europe. Everything we needed or wanted was provided. the house is very new and exceptionally clean. it's in a quiet location with amazing views of the mountains. can't think of one thing we didn't like.

Gelegen in der Natur, wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge, viele Tiere des Bauernhofs, frische Eier und Milch des Bauernhofs, sehr freundliche Vermieter und auch noch nah zum Stadtzentrum! Das Haus ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Es gab null komma nichts auszusetzen.

• Jutta (10/5): Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub - Eine super tolle Lage - auf der einen Seite weite grüne Wiesen und die Bauernhoftiere und auf der anderen Seite die Stadt welche man mit dem öffentlichen Bus in 10min erreicht. Das Ferienhaus war alles super sauber und es gab Alles an verschiedenen Utensilien was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The mountain views are absolutely amazing and we are greeted by cows, goats and a cute little duck. Fresh eggs are available in the morning and milk is available 24/7. It’s not too far from the bus stop and we could get around quite conveniently even with our luggage. Nothing!

The location is ideal – close enough to Salzburg for easy access, yet peaceful and quiet like a true countryside getaway. Stephanie is an amazing host – kind, attentive, and always available to help. We loved the mountain view outside the house and although it is slightly out of the main tourist area, we enjoyed the bus and walk back to the place. The place is located at a working farm and we got to see Stefanie milking the cows. The 24 hour milk and eggs self service shop was very convenient. Nothing. Everything was very good.

• Shalom (10/5): Beautiful stay in salzburg! - It was a beautiful place with a farm! Fresh milk was the highlight! The scenery was amazing with snow capped mountains! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the views! Stephanie was there to help us with everything and even gave a tour of the farm and allowed us to see the cows. It was just the perfect place and our kids loved it! Everything was amazing! No complaints!

It is in a farm/countryside setting with an impressive view over green fields to the mountains in the distance, but only a short drive to Salzburg. The house is new, very clean and nicely decorated. Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend a stay here, and we would love to return. Everything was great.

• Tommie (10/5): Absolutely wonderful dreamy farmhouse - Really warm and friendly host Stephanie with her lovely family. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs with friendly people. The farmhouse is right next to some grassy fields with cows. There’s a magnificent mountain right in the view, which was then covered by snow at the top during our stay in late April. The place is stunningly picturesque. I feel sorry its beauty cannot be entirely captured by phone camera. Can take bus or walk around 25 minutes to the city centre. There’s an automatic milk vending machine within few steps of walk selling high quality free range eggs and organic milk. They taste super! Also very cosy interior and well equipped kitchen. There’s also washing machine and a small laundry room. Nothing!

• Gabriele (10/5): A great stay in the countryside nearby Salzburg - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. In the middle of the countryside but 20 minutes from the center of Salzburg. Very close and convenient means of transport to reach the center. Also close to Hellbrunn. The hosts were very kind. They also allowed us to take a tour of the farm. My children were very happy with this choice.

The hosts were so nice and gracious — they also gave the kids a tour of their lovely farm (that is next door to the apartment), and helped with whatever we needed! • Kristina (10/5): Lovely time in Salzburg and staying at an amazing property - One of the best properties we have stayed in. Located on a farm 25 min walk from the centre of town. There is a bus stop 5 min walk, the buses are very reliable and frequent. The hosts are amazing, so friendly, showed us around the farm and welcomed us like family. The little 2 bedroom house is spacious, modern with great facilities, sound proofing, window blinds and everything provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was spotless and clean, and the property is decorated very tastefully. It is very quiet day and night and we had great rest and sleep. Thank you Stefanie and Gerhard for everything. It was lovely to meet you. We had a great time! Nothing. We were so sad to go and hope to be back soon

Great location for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area. Would LOVE to stay here again! Farm smell when outside, but thankfully didn’t smell it inside (and I have a very sensitive nose).

There's a children playground and a beautiful garden. The house overlooks gorgeous mountains, and on a warm day one can chill on a terrace sipping Steigl beer. Hosts are very friendly and client oriented. We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to coming back!

• Caroline (10/5): An idyllic rural/urban property with wonderful hosts! - We had a wonderful stay at Ferienhaus Schlagerbauer Biohof and Stephanie, Gerhard and their children could not have been more welcoming. The idyllic property is set on the family run dairy farm in a beautiful rural/urban location that offers animals, nature and stunning mountain views, yet is only 20 minutes walk into Salzburg Old Town. You don't need a car as there are plenty of public transport/taxi options and a number of food shops a very short distance away. The property is brand new and spanking clean and offers everything you could possibly need. Staying in such a unique property and seeing this side of Austrian life really added a special element to our holiday in Salzburg. Leaving!
