• Eden (10/5): Super easy, all that we needed, clean and comfortable :) - All that we needed, quiet location and near a playground. Which the kids loved.
• Francesca (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for us. - Space upstairs inside/outside was good. Most facilities were available to us. A little disappointed with the late notice for a later check in time, with no reason as to why and no offer of compensation. ALL the beds were very very uncomfortable and need reveiwing. NO toiletries, as advised, were available to us.

• Pamela (4/5): - Good size for a group and great having the pool table. One toilet was blocked and couldn't be used, the fridge was leaking water all over the kitchen floor and the BBQ was filthy.

• Leila (5/5): Great area gardens lovely and clean - The space and very quiet Our food froze in the fridge ( even the milk) The coffee machine is not working and leaked the water. The saucepans are only just working(not flat)and so thin. Not one matching plate set or bowls. Oly 1/4 of toilet paper and very little hand soap. Had to buy our own straight away. Lounges are all worn out. Blokes place I think.

• Gayleen (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay everyone was comfortable. - Down stairs bathroom vanity had not been cleaned still had shaving residue in vanity, upstairs toilet had not been cleaned. There was something melted to one of the towels provide for upstairs. Bedroom with double bunks had one set of sheets that looked like they had not been changed from previous guests Some on the floor towels had like bleach stains on them downstairs. Stairwell had not been vacuumed. Vertical blinds in kitchen area need to be cleaned as had dirty marks on them and mat in loungeroom area had not been vacuumed as still had crumbs from previous guest.

• Leah (6/5): Size of house was fine for a group, plenty of room to spread out. Unfortunately very unclean. - Pool table was well received by all. Cleanliness was beyond poor. Last guests linen were left in orange linen bags in entrance room, along with a crate of cleaning equipment which we had to move. Floors and carpets very dirty, walking around in bare feet and they end up black. Owners advise that an additional cleaning fee will be charged if items are left in dishwasher at check out, but no dishwashing detergent available in kitchen, so had to go and buy our own so we could do our dishes on final morning. No cutting boards in kitchen. Dish cloth provided in kitchen sink for using had fluff and hair stuck to it. No bath mat provided in downstairs bathroom, two small hand towels only. We went and bought our own. Downstairs shower extremely dirty, tile grout was dark brown in places. Fridge and freezer dirty, with muck and stray hairs. Full garbage bin with no lid was right outside main door entrance on arrival, it stunk. Had to move it to back of house so we could leave bedroom windows open without the stench coming inside.

• Karschimkus (7/5): Good - Location and communication were great. Has a nice balcony and pool table. Beds were very uncomfortable and no aircon in bedrooms meant we had to sleep with doors open. Floor was dirty left feet black and kid had black hands after playing on floor. Not good amenities. No shampoo/conditioner. Not enough toilet paper. Dish soap seemed watered down and didn't clean. Tv was old and couldn't connect any devices to it. If water was used in shower there was no pressure in upstairs kitchen.

• Grant (8/5): A fun family time in a good size house - It was in a great spot. The upstairs living and deck was large and lovely to sit at each day air conditioning very good . The property was not particularly clean I had to wipe out the oven the exhaust fan very dirty and outdoor table not clean. No face washers, no paper towel and we needed more than 2 tea towels .

• Sarah (10/5): We will be returning hopefully soon. - The property had plenty of room and the kids loved the fact it was two stories high. The location was perfect and yet quiet on the roads. It was also close to the beach and the park. I think the cleaning wasn’t how I would clean my own property. Not enough bin bags around or cleaning products to do it ourselves. The fan in bedroom couldn’t be turned on and the one we tried to put in the room also didn’t work 🤣.

• Briony (7/5): Good - Nice house. Good location. Comfortable living area. Loved spending time on the balcony. Mattresses need to be updated. Most were very hard or upstairs too soft. Maybe a few more bin bags would be good. Bigger toaster. Cleaner was late so couldn't check in until after 230pm. Was still abit unclean but nothing major. Updated technology etc stereo etc out of date

• Heather (7/5): We had a good time and the property was clean and sufficient for our stay - The pool table was a great addition to the holiday house. The house has a nice kitchen and an amazing balcony which is set up for large groups to appreciate. The beds were really uncomfortable. The property needs proper aircon. It wasn’t hot by any stretch, and the property really heated up. The split systems are good as a backup but when travelling with a group people don’t want to sleep with their room doors open.

• Serena (3/5): Waste of money - The location there is a park 100m away for the kids and a few streets from the beach It was so dirty and wasn’t cleaned before our arrival . The main bedroom bed was so uncomfortable I’d rather sleep On the floor . The place really needs a good deep Clean there was even mold on the walls . Towels left on floors and in bath tub from previous people who has stayed . None of the beds had been stripped and changed all the previous bedding was there from previous people who stayed . Food wrappers under beds , the dishwasher has sat and the water smelt awful, we had to wait for a cleaner to come and leave the house for few hours just as we got there . If the kids wernt so excited to stay away for a few days I would have asked for a refund and went home . I red the reviews and no one was successful with a refund at any time with some very similar complaints . None of board games were usable all the pieces where missing . It was just a real disappointment. I’ve tried adding photos of some of these issues but that’s not working either .

• Patricia (8/5): A lovely stay as we were together, the linen was clean and basic supplies provided. As mentioned, the highlighted Netfli - The space, car parking, the balcony and the proximity to the playground The Netflix did not work. Keeping children entertained as a wind down before bed or quiet in the morning while others slept would’ve been so much easier with a movie. When something is advertised and highlighted as a definite feature, you want it to work.

• Daniel (9/5): Great stay at North Shore Wallaroo - Lovely house and location was amazing Mostly nothing negative to say. The only suggestion would be some outside heating on the balcony for cooler periods and maybe a ceiling fan for summer. Otherwise, no complaints.

Unable to use the dishwasher as it was filthy & smelt with water on the bottom of it. The recycling bin was full. The property’s information book could be revamped.

• Morrie (7/5): We enjoyed the spacious Agape Holiday house would definitely recommend. - The Pool Room was great! The lounge suite very comfortable. Great shower and BBQ and outdoor furniture on the balcony! The beds were too soft and a little uncomfortable. Outdoor balcony needed better lighting. Kitchen needed more utensils.

Extra towels, as 10 people using the same hand towel and bath mat was a bit soppy. Wifi didn't allow multiple people. Cobwebs in the kitchen. Extra blankets if people felt the cold may have been nice also. Fat tin on bbq was full when we went to use it.
