• Nikolas (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Guter Kundenservice, man konnte immer jemanden erreichen, falls man Hilfe braucht. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Grosse Wohnung mit eigener Küche. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Äussere Faktoren wie Abwassergeruch in der Küche, man hört alles von draussen (es macht fast keinen Unterschied, die Fenster zu schliessen), die Müllabfuhr welche mitten in der Nacht den Abfall mitnimmt.

• Zsófia (8/5): Tökéletesen megfelelő egy néhány napos városlátogatáshoz. Bolt, metro, éttermek a közelben. - A lépcsőház és az apartman bejáratát is egy app segítségével lehet kinyitni. Könnyen kezelhető. Az apartman tágas, világos, mindennel nagyon jól felszerelt, a fűtés jól és gyorsan működik. Nyugodt, csendes helyen található, de a metro közelsége miatt a látnivalók gyorsan elérhetőek. Boltok, kávézók, éttermek közvetlen az apartman közelében. Megtévesztő a múltból ott maradt, bejárati ajtóra ragasztott figyelmeztetések és utasítások egy valódi kulcs használatáról és elhelyezéséről. A lefolyókból sajnos minden este csatornaszag jött.

• Waldemar (10/5): Stay u-Nque Barcelona - Super lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko metra. Do stadionu Camp Nou ( nas to akurat interesowało ze względu na mecz ) 15 minut spacerkiem. Mieszkanie przestronne, 2 sypialnie, salon, kuchnia, pralka. 4 osoby spokojnie się zmieszczą. Niestety mieszkanie wymaga remontu. Drzwi do łazienki - stan fatalny, Sufit w salonie popękany. Do malowania generalnie całość.

• Mateusz (9/5): - Lokalizacja, kontakt z obsługą, adekwatność jakości do ceny. Ciężko wskazać cos konkretnego - apartament ma swoje lata i widać to po wyposażeniu, ale dla nas nie był to problem. Cena to broni.
• Oleksii Dyriv (10/5): Отличный вариант за свои деньги - Всем добрый день. Квартира с двумя отдельными комнатами, залом с панорамными окнами, "ванной с ванной", выходом на террасу крыше. Открытие двери в парадное и в квартиру с телефона. Lidl рядом. По дороге от Лидла есть фруктово-овощная лавка с очень выгодными ценами. Метро рядом и три остановки до центра. Учитывая, что бронировали заранее и оплачивали сразу, то вышла очень выгодная цена. Также учтите, что налог будет больше, чем написано в Booking и оплачивать его надо будет только с карты. Подавали заявку на заселение до 14:00. Заявку не подтвердили. Пришли ровно в 15:00, как указано по стандарту при заселении с 15:00, раньше система не пускала. В квартире был уборщик, который разрешил нам оставить сумки и сказал, что ему нужно время до 16:00. Пришли после 16:00, его уже не было, все было чисто и хорошо пахло. Мы непривередливые и нам было, в принципе, нормально, но, если вы указываете, что заселение с 15:00 и гости не оговаривали, что будут позже, то учитывая, что мы, к примеру, прилетели в 8, нагулялись и пришли спокойно отдохнуть, то на лишний час прогулки мы не рассчитывали. Мы этот час использовали с умом - закупились продуктами, поэтому не критично. Но, если оговаривается заезд с 15:00, то так и должно быть.
• Julia (6/5): Sauber und ok, mehr nicht - Appartement war sauber, recht großzügig, Metro und Supermarkt in der Nähe, kontaktloser Check-in hat gut geklappt, schnelle Rückmeldung bei Nachfragen Spülmaschine ließ sich nicht komplett öffnen, da Wandvorsprung im Weg war, zusammengestückelte Möbel, Appartement insgesamt sehr abgenutzt, bedarf einer Sanierung

• Georgi (7/5): We had a good time overall. - The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning worked fine and helped us during some hot and humid days/nights. It was a nice apartment, with some issues with moisture in the bathroom and insects. The lift was not always working properly and you could hear some noise from the street

Приємний бонус -кава для гостей, сіль, перець , цукор Все чисто, класно Все супер, окрім відстані до центру) проте до стадіону 15 хвилин пішки
• Paulus (6/5): - Location The ceiling of the bathroom was rotting and water was dripping on you when on the toilet... the lock of the bedroom door was broken...
• Μαρία (4/5): - Nothing really! First of all, it was stated that the owner can issue an invoice. That was one of the reasons I booked the particular apartment. When I asked for an invoice, they told me that they issue only receipts. Secondly, the apartment looks nothing like the photos. Everything was very old and worn. The entrance and the lift had a very bad small, and when someone from the building was cooking, we had to turn off the air-conditioning because the food smell entered our apartment. Also, we were met by a guy who did not speak any English. He opened the apartment for us, gave us the keys, and disappeared without a word. Lastly, although we were 4 people and had booked the apartment for 8 days, we were given only 2 hand towels and 2 small soaps for washing our hands. Also, there were only 2 shampoo bottles and 2 shower ones.
• Sem (1/5): The experience was absolutely awful — the fact that I left after 5 minutes says it all. - I stayed at this apartment in Barcelona — left just five minutes after checking in and returned the keys. It was terrible. Right in front of the entrance were garbage bins, and the entire street was filthy and smelled like urine. Completely unfit for living. Without exaggeration, this was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was disgusting: dirty, neglected, the kitchen was in terrible shape, and the beds looked like they hadn’t been changed or washed. It smelled bad, dust everywhere — felt like no one had cleaned in weeks. I spent nearly an hour just trying to get inside, and immediately wanted to leave. Outside the building are garbage bins, the area smells like urine — absolutely awful. If you value your time, health, and peace of mind — avoid this place. It’s not accommodation, it’s a total disappointment.

• Artur (9/5): Great quiet apartments . I'd probably recommend it. - Very quite apartment The lift wasn't working. I only used the lift 3 times during the week. If you're over 60, take this into account. The plates could have been renewed. Battered plates are not serious. I couldn't switch on the toaster.
• Kuvshinova (8/5): Put some flowers or just green plants on a terrace and make new photos)) you will get more quests) - The apartment is a bit tired but all you need is there, all needed little things in the bathroom and in the kitchen. 7 minutes to subway and carrefour. Terrace is amazing place to rest after a long day and it’s more comfortable in real then on the photos. Easy check-in and check-out. But Don’t forget that you need to have internet on your phone when you check in. All is good in general!!

Well everything like in your home Location is not very near to playgrounds for small kids, but it's not very hard to find connection with transport if you have time...
