• Anne (8/5): Lavender House was breath of fresh air and a view that forces relaxation. - The location was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed except for the beds. The scene down into the valley and across the horizon towards the glass house mountains was magnificent. We had a couple of storms roll in and the magic was the clouds devouring us. The beds were uncomfortable. They are not good enough for older people. A comfortable bed can make a difference if we decide to stay again.

• Tim (8/5): Would definitely return as a great location for a family holiday - Good location and view and cozy home Happy overall but disappointed about the awkward fire pit that a family could not use.
• Jennifer (8/5): Lovely weekend getaway overall. - Location was ideal and views were spectacular. Very roomy & easy access. Lighting was lacking and access to more firewood would have been convenient ( for the 3 nights) but now I know to bring extra next visit. The property a bit tired for the price per night and missed property sign on initial visit. More easily seen once driven past.
• Stephen (10/5): Family from Gold Coast - The spectacular view, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms and house. The gardens were stunning. Very comfortable living area. Not a complaint just an observation. No smoke alarms ( a bit of a worry) and lock on the bathroom door would be great.

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful views and gardens at this property. The facilities were great with a well equipped kitchen. There is some maintenance that needs attention but otherwise a great holiday break.

• P (8/5): Wonderful large group holiday house. - Lovely garden with colourful flowers. Incredible view from bedrooms, lounge areas of Glasshouse Mountains. Plenty of crockery and facilities. New double sinks in main bathroom. Plenty of space. 4 sets of tables and chairs. Huge deck. Big fridge. Not all stove top burners worked. Oven was very slow.
• Tanya (8/5): The views!!! - Amazing views, a fireplace, a home away from home. Although each bed had an electric blanket, one didn't work and the bedrooms were cold as there are no heaters down that end of the house.

• Austmanbob (7/5): Average but comfortable. - Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Describing the house as air conditioned was at best a stretch. The air conditioner was not large enough for the whole house. The lack of window coverings in the main lounge room produced a great deal of daytime glare and made the use of the video entertainment impossible. Attention to non functioning lights would be handy.
• Grace (9/5): Would absolutely stay again. Excellent for big groups! - Easy lock box. Excellent size (bed and bath). Beautiful views. Hot plates were super slow at heating. But everything all was fabulous!
• Suzy (10/5): Cousins weekend - That the house can support 5 single people. It was peaceful and the view was simply breathtaking. Nothing worth mentioning
• Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - The view was marvelous. Kitchen had all the utensils. All beds had electric blankets.
• Sonia (7/5): A nice house that served a short stay purpose, brilliant views and location. - Location and fireplace. Spacious rooms. Main bathroom good condition. Only one stove top worked. One of the bedrooms had vermin (either cockroach or mouse) evidence on the pillows. Towels were quite thin. Exhaust fan in second bathroom quite old and worked a little.

• Fiona (1/5): Memorable for all the wrong reasons. However in consultation with booking.com the owners have agreed to remedy the issue - The outlook was amazing and the property was close to Maleny. Has a great deal of potential if maintained properly. The house was very dirty (rat droppings on BBQ, spiders and cobwebs, dirty windows), smelled of mould/mildew, had various electrical issues, had an unsafe soft spot/depression on the floor in the main path from dining to lounge area, neither TV worked, faulty stove, missing light bulbs and faulty light fittings.

• Desirae (2/5): Be honest with what the ammenities don’t lie or try to mislead people - The amount of bedrooms was a positive as we organised a family vacation to celebrate my dad’s 70th. There are MANY things that are advertised that do not exist. The main one being wheelchair accessible. it is not. my mother had to get lifted up the stairs to access property. This is NOT acceptable
