Room was clean and as described. Bed was comfy and plenty of space for the 2 of us. Everything was walkable and it was a great location for a great price especially over school holidays The pillows were a little flat so could maybe do with a couple of extras in the linen cupboard to prop up a little bit.
• Luke (8/5): Great stay and good value for money! - Great location with it only being a short walk to the Main beach. Staff at the bowlo let us store our bags there until check in was ready. Lovely stay overall Seemed to be a large amount of small flies, not sure where they came from 😅
• Mirella (10/5): Convenient, comfortable and affordable. So grateful to find this stay! - The place was central to everything. 5 minute walk into the main strip. It was clean, spacious and very easy to access. Communication with the host was also very kind and accomodating. Will be recommending to everyone! Just a product rack in the shower for our hair products!

• Vicario (8/5): Great experience. Would definitely recommend and come back. - Very clean and close to everything The front sliding door wouldn’t lock and I could tell others had similar issues as the keys were bent. The inside lounge was very uncomfortable.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Unser ursprüngliche Unterkunft hat uns leider hängen lassen also mussten wir sehr spontan umbuchen. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, alle waren sehr freundlich. Perfekte Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz direkt neben dem kleinen Haus. Coole Tiere in direkter Nähe, alles in allem perfekt .
• Philip (8/5): - Wir haben hier 5 Tage verbracht und hatten - vor allem aufgrund der tollen Lage der Unterkunft - eine tolle Zeit. Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte und auch der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Anreise inkl. Parken und Check In mit Schlüsselbox lief sehr unkompliziert. Die Klimaanlage war modern und hat trotz hoher Temperaturen sehr gut gekühlt. Wir hätten uns in Anbetracht des Preises und im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Unterkünften in Australien etwas mehr Komfort erhofft. Uns hat z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Ablage für Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche, mehr Haken für Handtücher und auch ein zweites Set an Handtüchern oder ein Austausch während des Aufenthalts etwas gefehlt. Allerdings waren wir auch während der Sommerferien da und können deshalb den angepassten Preis zum Teil nachvollziehen.
• Millee (10/5): - everything was really nice, they allowed early entry. the space was big, clean and user friendly. would defiantly recommend for big groups that all want to stay together. Air con is very gentle and not quite good enough to keep the entire space really cold

They stated there was WiFi but this wasn’t the case. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t receive a message back regarding the WiFi issue, poor communication.

• Aat (1/5): There is no property in any of 'accommodations' in Australia I have access to. - It seems relaxed and serene. The cabin was clean to almost spotless. Ash(ley?), who was the staff, was helpful Byron Bay seems a French or debtor, dark tyranny. On a free 4P parking I was issued a prohibited penalty of $136 after 1 minute of being in it (they are obliged to register a parking start but they act terroristically, and are coordinating with foreign anti Australian terrorist networks in Sydney, such as Goldcar car rental, staffed only by dark foreigners, mainly the Pakistani and Indian ones). The cabin itself doesn't have heating, the aircon set to 31°C blows barely warm air to about 16°C, and no other heating exists in it. The air was CO2 saturated for much of my stay. The lights are blindingly bright, as everywhere the dark people force waste of electricity on unhealthy intensity lights, a global problem nowadays.

• Amanda (9/5): Recommended - The cabin was fantastic: great location, easy parking, nice and sunny, plenty of space and a really good kitchen. We appreciated being able to check in when the room was ready early. There were lots of dead ants (maybe a hundred) in the bathroom, and some of the windows were mouldy. We had some problems with the keys and it took a long time to get hold of anyone (but once we got hold of them everything was sorted out promptly).

• Ross (8/5): It provided a great home base for my Bluesfest stay. - The facilities were good and it was easy access to the club and the club staff were friendly and the food good. There was easy walking access to the city centre and beaches. I arrived in the evening and had to check my emails when I arrived to get the lockbox codes and there was no lights over the lockboxes so it was hard to accurately enter the right code. I had to make three attempts before having success. I had a problem with the bathroom floor it was so slippery when wet and the water did not drain away very quickly and I nearly slipped a couple of times. As the unit was set up for people with mobility problems this could be a major problem. An emailed map of the premises might also be a good idea as I was dropped off at the front of the club premises and there is buildings between the first 4 units and the others so initially I couldn't find the correct unit and had to ask in the club. The bed was comfortable but it was two beds pushed together and they had a tendency to move apart .

Good communication and clear instructions for check in. Great to have iron and ironing board. Quite dark around entrance at night. Veranda overgrown with vines and only 1 chair. Sink in bathroom slow to drain. Ceiling fan squeaky. Not enough glassware. No face clothes. No paper towel or tissues No bin in bathroom.

• Shuzhen (8/5): Very good - good location. Price is ok, considering things in Byron are expensive. Clean and spacious. The bed feels a bit funny. 2 single beds were put together to be a “king size” bed. It sounds ok…But then I found both beds have wheels and they were moving around a bit when I slept onto them… I sometimes feel I was sleeping on a gap between two beds. No hair drier and no bin in the room. I am ok with it. But maybe other guests may think it’s a problem.
• Kimberly (8/5): Nice, clean accommodation just outside of the crowded areas, only a short walk from beach and shops. - Great location with town and beach a short walk away. The cabin was spotlessly clean and the fans kept us comfortable at night. We enjoyed the addition of a small outdoor area out the front. The bed on wheels was a bit strange. The couch was a pretty basic, uncomfortable model and slightly stained. I understand that accommodation is expensive over Easter, but for what we paid I would have hoped for some more amenities: for instance, bikes for rent, or a discount on beer/meals/bowls at the adjacent bowls club would have been nice.

If we were to stay again, we would not like to stay in cabin 5. - Pub behind was noisy and we had to keep the blinds closed otherwise people could see straight into the room (day & night). Would be good if it had Sheer curtains or a privacy screen on the main bedroom and kitchen window.

• Elena (5/5): Very clean and handy location but bedrooms were not cooked effectively. - It was clean. There was only one air conditioner in the kitchen area and the bedrooms were very hot. We booked a two room apartment as we were travelling with a young baby. We had to set the cot up in the main room and this was not ideal. It was noisy at night as people were playing bowls. Perhaps this should be a warning to parents with young babies.
