• Ramona (7/5): comfortable and relaxing - great location and fabulous bed and thank you for providing a fan as don't like air con all the time. had an issue with the lounge room tv which I rang the agent and requested to be dealt with but unfortunately the issue was not addressed (many thanks on that) would have liked some tea and coffee sachets on the counter and no shampoo I understand its a rental but these few items could be provided
• Jeffrey (3/5): Poor - Circled property 3 times trying to locate the entrance. Directions handed out at check in were very confusing. Had to walk a block and a half t9 retrieve the key. Upon checking out had to return the key a block and a half to point of collection. Paid $2000 for two weeks accommodation, only stayed one week. Was given notice that the money non refundable. Overall experience was very disappointing.
• Bianca (9/5): Superb - Great property, clean and comfortable, has everything you need. We have friends in the vicinity so would happily stay here again.
• Glenn (6/5): Pleasant - The property was not clean when we arrived. There was some human waste in the toilet bowl, and one of the towells had what looked like some human waste on it.

• Lynette (4/5): Very old fashioned - We liked that there was secure parking. Location was handy to be able to walk to Main Street & cafes It is very dark there is no window in the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen the only light comes through the balcony door. The spa on the balcony really needs removing it’s just the old spa from bathroom remodel and is very old. The unit really needs updating it’s very old & tired. We didn’t like we were told about the pool renovation after booking nothing like being woken by a jack hammer at 8am We were charged $5 to collect the key 🫣 We don’t think there was any value for money staying here, the price is too high compared to other appartments in the area.

• Andrea (9/5): Great location, everything you need on hand in the apartment, nice place to stay. - Great location, close to everything, with a nice view. Owner had everthing you basically needed. Liked different pillow height options and foxtel box. wasn't clear we had to pick keys up from caloundra holiday centre rather than the resort, so we had a lot of mucking around to get the keys. Linen wasn't changed even though we were there for more than 7 days. A little thing but no tissues supplied-everything else was, so why not tissues? Not advised that there was works on the property creating noise (jack hammer).

• Andrew (3/5): Poor - double bed was terrible may i suggest a madison matress no pillow cases for lounge bed sounded like a cyclone in main bedroom from the lift outside from its wind pressure going up and down 24/7 place seems to be outdated

• Tamara (4/5): nice location but run down and would not stay again - location washing machine is like a plane tacking off for an hour. you cannot hear anything if you have to put a load on. little things like air con buttons broken

• Stirling (7/5): Great location, wrongly advertised - Location, pool, parking and luggage trollies. Advertised as 2 room 2 adult 2 kids Is actually 1 room and 1 very uncomfortable pull out couch. That's not 2 room. Walked in and stunk like vomit, stain on floor. Cleaners came strayed spray and wipe on carpet and left. Smell stayed. Not what you want for the price paid.
