Kaluat (1/5): King Beach Cottage - The location of the property was close to the facilities we required (hospital) and the closeness of the beach and town was perfect. The house was not clean, the floors had not been mopped and the bathroom had scum all over the bath. The mattress was old and had stains and there just seemed to be a layer of dust over everything.
Debra (7/5): - Location , big yard for dog Bird life . Place needs a really good clean , including pillows etc. Garage not available but not informed prior.
Cameron (8/5): Home away from home - The layout was good, the accessibility to having everything walking distance or a 5-10 minute drive. Kids loved all the toys, balls, and board games that were available. Little aged but warm, home feeling and comfortable. Would have loved a BBQ out the back or a fire pit for the winter after a long day. But there were BBQs in walking distance.
Tracey (1/5): Disgusting - Place was disgusting, actually could not believe they where renting this out. Place was disgusting, actually could not believe they where renting this out. We left the property and although a refund was given for the remaining days due to the cleanliness of the property. We booked this place knowing it was a shack but the place is a disgrace. You couldn't cook due to the hotplates being rusty, the Lino is that old your feet will be instantly black. The floors and where dirty, no vacuuming under anything and under the cushions of the couches groose. Look at the mop they left us. Lawns over grown, rotten trees balcony falling apart and dirty. Laundry you wouldn't wash anything there. The Caloundra Holiday Center obviously do not check their properties and seemed to know they where going to have a problem when first approached on returning the keys didn't utter an apology just took the keys and asked for details for the part refund. Should not be rented out. We found another location which was 5 star at a lower price for the remaining of our trip.

Lote (5/5): Location was ok for a temporary stay - Location Toilet wasn't cleaned on arrival smelt like piss. Had to wash master bedroom sheets, had stains. Found chips scattered behind the T.V.
