• Jacob (6/5): Deafeningly load, bad, music every night. - Good location. Central to explore the region by car. The house is well equipped with everything one might need. No instructions available as to how anything in the apartment work. Struggle to open doors and windows and to open the patio blind. We had to figure out that there is a waterpump on the roof THAT HAS TO BE SWITCHED ON TO HAVE WATER. Aircons on a timer and work only for 2 hours. The worst thing is the incredibly loud music that is played EVERY EVENING at the next door Hotel Leonardo. Starting at 8 and last until 11. For this reason alone, I cannot recommend this property.

• Guadalupe (9/5): We will repeat! - The house is just on the beach and close to few restaurants and services but far enough for it to be quiet and private. The house is close to many touristy places (by car) but not close from any crowded area so it’s perfect for holidays with family. 10 mins driving north is an amazing beach with beach club (Potima beach - See you Beach Club) where you can spend the day on the beds under the umbrellas, or you can go and visit the Tombs of the Kings in Phafos or the Blue lagoon on the north. It is close to the highway too so really easy to travel through the island and go for other places or Larnaca airport. The house has a really good A/C and a very cozy terrace and rooftop. It has all the appliances and cooking stuff you will need for 5 people. The host left us all the info we need and also a welcome gift such as fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. There is a huge supermarket north of the house (15min drive) called Philipphos with everything! And walking distance from the house there are a Steak House and an Italian restaurant both worthy to try. The wifi worked great and the house is on a compound with a pretty large pool that always is only for yourself. The house has a full bathroom on the first floor and half bathroom on the ground floor but a shower is also “on suite” with the master bedroom so is somewhat weird and not very useful due to humidity that goes from the shower to the bedroom. The single room is located on the top floor and is really hot during the day but it’s AC unit is the most powerful on the house.
• Rastislav (9/5): Superb - Location of the property with real mediterranean atmosphere, equipment of the kitchen, amazing swimming pool, cosy terrace, large parking space, closeness of the city centre with many shopping possibilities, Noisy heavy machines rebuilding the coastline at 6.30 a.m., noisy garden workers in neighbourhood working sometimes since 5.00 a.m.

• Svenne (10/5): would definitely come back - clean house, beautiful porch, very good WiFi, Jody provided bathroom supplies, etc. clean sheets and towels I didn’t like the construction work going on right on the shore, every morning waking up with construction noises. but everything else was amazing! the host was very helpful, there was everything we needed in the house, starting with kitchen supplies and ending with washing pods.
