• Stanislav (9/5): Great retreat in the spring - Private pool and outdoors area with a TV, quiet neighbourhood, all amenities we needed. Beds could be more comfortable.
• Janković (7/5): I’m sorry that I had to write such a long and partly negative review of this place, but unfortunately some of these thin - The villa has a nice, large yard with a pool. I liked that it has a shaded parking spot. It’s not too far from Ayia Napa, and the price was fairly good considering the competition. We also liked the large refrigerator. I didn’t like the fact that the furniture in the villa was quite old — it really needs to be replaced, especially in the living room. The couch, for example, feels almost broken when you sit on it; you just sink right in. It also wasn’t clean at all — it was quite dirty and dusty, both inside and outside. I had to clean a lot of things myself before using them, such as the terrace tables and the dishes. The pool also got dirty very quickly, and we always had to use the net to clean it before swimming. It seems like the filter doesn’t work properly. In addition, bird feathers and droppings constantly fell from the roof or the bedroom terrace, so the floor there was covered in dirt and feathers, which looked really unpleasant — especially when some of it ended up in the pool. The host did offer pool-cleaning service, and one man came once during our stay to clean it, but that wasn’t enough since it got dirty again very quickly. Also, there’s a barbecue, but no grill rack, so if you want to use it, you’ll have to buy one yourself — or do what we did and get one of those small disposable grills. One day we also saw a large cockroach in the kitchen, and ants got into our bread that was in a bag outside the fridge.

• Sally (9/5): Really sweet villa in a great location. - We were warmly greeted on arrival by Anastasia and her family, who gave us a tour and tips on local beaches and restaurants. Lovely outdoor space with lots of different shaded areas to relax. Excellent use of space. Pics don’t do it justice. Very efficient aircon. Quite compact inside but not a problem when it’s so hot and you spend all day outside
• gevorg (10/5): - Great host, easy check in and check out. This place is the dream vacation house for a family. The place was for sure cleaned, great pool, I loved the outdoor BBQ and the patio area. Famous beaches near by, 10-20 minutes drive. But if you don't feel like visiting the beach that evening, you can enjoy the clean pool. I thank Anastasia for the place and looking forward to rent it next time we are in town.

• Michael (9/5): Best villa ive ever been too! - The entire villa was fantastic. Amazing area and just outright exceded our expectations. The Pictures dont do it justice, because its so much better than what you see on booking sites. Cant go wrong with this one. The Pool got dirty very quickly, even with myself and the pool cleaner coming round and cleaning it, it was constantly getting dirty fast. Mainly bugs and leaves from plants. I informed the cleaners that the filter must be broken as it seemed to be doing nothing.
