- Tracy (7/5): Handy for beach, surf point and a walk to town, has all you need. - Proximity to town (10-15 min walk) and beach across the road. Well equipped in kitchen. Good to have 2 toilets and showers (even if the 2nd one is in an odd place next to the back door etc).
It’s an easy apartment to live in, living space is good, washer and dryer very handy, parking space could take 2 vehicles with careful parking. Very noisy, be aware that the road outside has continual traffic, cars, vans, trucks etc.
The small outdoor area next to road isn’t really private and it gets no sun after the morning. The 2 bedrooms are relatively small, with little storage - the one that we used has a cupboard but it was full of apartment items so we just lived out of suitcases. Overall the apartment is a bit tired in some respects, e.g. a couple of the vertical blinds in the bedroom were broken and so the window couldn’t be fully covered at night, a couple of light switches a big loose etc. Towels provided are 1 bath towel each, no hand towels.
- Jacob (10/5): Great location across the road from Clark's beach and a short stroll to town center! - Great location so close to the beach and the cafe is a easy spot to grab coffee on your way to the sand. The place is a short beach front path walk into town but far away from the hustled and bustle to be nice and quiet at night. Would recommend!

Some pantry basics were provided which was good
Check in via lock box on property very convenient The standing lamp was broken and seemed electrically dubious as its been picked up strangely and ‘breaks’ in half.
No tea or coffee or milk provided which would have been nice as we got in late
