- Elke (6/5): - Location Cockroaches, dirty dishes
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Lilli (8/5): Wonderful! Will come back! - Location is amazing! Property manager Holly was so helpful! Apartment was well resourced, had everything we needed! Was disappointed that there was no BBQ and no Wifi
- Jeremy (9/5): Superb -
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (8/5): Very good - Location Couldn’t use the garage and the beds were very uncomfortable. The cupboard in the second room was unusable. The floors were full of sand as was the couch. Crockery was dirty
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Gardner (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, but very noisy with schoolies in every apartment around. Also no parking. Couldn’t get a mid sized car into a garage.
- Marie (9/5): A simple and basic accommodation but comfortable and in a great location - Is a secure property. The location. Being right across the road from Clarkes beach and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. There wasn’t enough kitchen ware like rice cooker and the tv remote was not easy to navigate and the shower leaked
- James (8/5): Good spot great swim cold beers afterwards at surf club - Good spot close to surf club for ocean swim Sunday morni g Nothing
- Rebecca (6/5): Photos on website don’t do justice this sweet little unit. - Personalised and understanding customer service from Byron Bay Real Estate. It really eased the stress we experienced leading up to our stay. Thank you! Fitted sheets would be good.
Checking dishes have been washed properly by previous guests. Quite a few with food stuck on them.
- Danielle (10/5): Great. Loved it - Couldn’t fit car in garage
- Yana (6/5): Yes you can’t beat the location, however a minimal investment of new mattresses and blinds is absolutely necessary. - Of course - the location! Can’t beat that. The kitchen and shower were also very good. I had read previous reviews so had come armed with sheets to put up to cover windows that pretty much every previous review had said, were broken or non existent. The front glass sliding doors, looking out at the street, were impossible to cover. The bedrooms and side window we managed to put up sheets to block some light out.
The beds were all atrocious. The mattresses should’ve been replaced about a decade ago.
One air con in the living room which worked well. However didn’t reach either bedroom, one had a stand fan which was sufficient and the other had nothing so was like a furnace.
- Amy (3/5): Extra attention required by owners to provide clean, comfortable bedding & lounges. - Friendly and helpful staff at the agency of the key pick up. Were diligent about party groups.
Large kitchen, good storage if bringing own food.
Location was the highlight. Couldn't park in garage due to limited access. Suitable for small cars only.
Mattresses on all beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt sandy. I rewashed sheets for sanitation assurance.
No curtain for privacy on large loungeroom glass sliding door/ main road. Glass door facing beach was caked with sea salt and did not appear that regular cleaning of this large glass door occurs.
Lounge needs a good steam clean or replacement. Good size but dated and soiled.
- Frances (2/5): Very poor - Position A lot but believe it is being remedied. We were moved mid-stay and the issues were being addressed.
- Narelle (5/5): Great location - The location and it was spacious. Beds were uncomformable, outdoor setting is broken so 2 seats did not open. Front door code kept failing and all the holiday rentals were locked outside numerous times. Wardrobes and parking space were a mess with rubbish throughout, the blinds in the 2nd bedroom wouldn't come down (they were permanently raised) needed to improvise with hanging beach towns up as curtains. Make sure you access your keys fron the front door of your apartment, not the front door of the complex. Under the lounge cushions was covered in sand.
- Gillian (7/5): It’s all about the location & this was perfect. - The location is great. Across the road from the beach, close enough for an easy lighthouse walk & close to the shops so you don’t need a car. The blinds in one room couldn’t be put down & there was only one usable outdoor chair to use as two were broken.
- Julie (5/5): Location is the best part. - Amazing location across the road from the beach. Balcony to enjoy the view. Property is very tired. Beds squeaked, pillows were really bad and uncomfortable.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jules (8/5): Very good -
- Arthur (9/5): wonderful location andd throughly enjoyed our stay - location and proximity to beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. small issue with cockroaches at night
- S (3/5): No Wifi. Very noisy. - No WiFi. The apartment was very noisy, with the doors shaking when anyone walked in the stairwell and the windows being so bad that it sounded like the birds were in the bedroom. There was almost no toilet paper and no wash cloth or dishwashing powder to wash dishes.
