Lopes (10/5): - Casa excelente e confortável, estruturada com ventiladores de teto', cozinha bem equipada com utensílios, ideal para nós, que gostamos de preparar nossa refeição. Chuveiro bom. A poucos minutos da praia do Peró. É possível ir caminhando. Fomos recebidos pelo sr. Paulo q é o zelador do condomínio. Muito educado, solícito, nos deu toda atenção e nos orientou com muita gentileza!! Muito bom! Voltaremos 👏👏
Silvia (7/5): - A estrutura e o espaço da casa é muito boa. A localização também , próximo da praia do Peró. O Paulo o caseiro muito gentil e sempre nos ajudava quando precisávamos de algo. Uma excelente pessoa. Ele merece um aumento com certeza.😄 Faltou alguns itens que achamos que tinha na casa, como, liquidificador, por exemplo não tinha e ficamos na mão por isso, pois é muito útil no dia a dia. A descarga do banheiro de baixo estava com defeito só funcionou porque tínhamos que tirar a tampa pra apertar o botão para dar descarga 🙄.E tinha dois chuveiros na casa, porém não podíamos usar juntos pois a chave desligava.
