Beverley (7/5): Cured of Older Units - Location. Amazing view; short walk into Kings Beach; firm main bed; new washing machine/dryer, hot plate. Large fridge. Older unit; dirty floors; dirty pans/bbq; dirty security doors & door tracks; garage dirty & ancient tiltadoor dangerous; old timber chair & high table on deck wobbly & dangerous. Cushions too dirty & mouldy to use...cleaned & dried them. Kitchen crockery, bowls, cups etc all old & obviously op-shop std'. Shower recess small with old doors & no proper shelving. Doonas very thin & flimsy for winter.

Hanna (7/5): Amazing views - The location is fantastic The property is inside of a resort complex but you can’t use the resort facilities (pool, games room, etc). There wasn’t any ‘welcome pack’ like minimal things that you need when you stay in ‘hotel’ like tea. coffee. sugar, salt, small pack of dishsoap, sponge, even toilet paper. there was only the one roll in the bathroom. so be prepared to buy everything. They had informed that there was no linen and towel. we brought our own but for people that are flying in that is not ideal. You have to pay extra to pick up the keys out of business hours
