- Bridget (9/5): Great spacious condominium. We'd love to come back! - great location for skiers and snowboarders. For the non-skier, it was a little awkward. The owner has supplied a lovely well equipped home. The off site property managers VaCasa were a little annoying to deal with. There was not enough toilet paper and there were no dishwasher pellets. We understand stuff happens but the contact at VaCasa assured us someone would come the next day to deliver the supplies and it took me reaching out two more times for some one to actually show up. Each time I was texting with someone new (based in the US, not local as they boast) and eventually had to screen shot the original conversation to get some one to show up. The local person was lovely.
- Doug (9/5): Superb - The master bedroom bed was quite soft. The unit needs a good dusting - it was very dusty. Otherwise it was an excellent stay in a very nice unit.
- Vijay (10/5): Exceptional - The place was massive and it had everything we needed to have a great stay. The kitchen was great for cooking as the appliances were high quality and the cupboards were well-equipped. The location was very handy (just off the ski-home tracks), though it took a little figuring out how to get to/from on foot/board, which could be added to the instructions as Google Maps doesn't recognise the trails as walkable routes. The extra car park noted in the instructions was a bit confusing and Vacasa unfortunately didn't know enough about the property to be able to help with any degree of clarity. It seems that if you have more than one car, you can park it across from the accommodation (in the shared driveway) at your own risk as everywhere requires permits, or you can pay to keep your car at Happy Valley overnight.
