- Aline (1/5): I feel robbed and deceived - Location, but it’s dangerous Everything is old and it is no clean. The pictures in the booking.com does not match the current reality of the house. The owner charged extra fee after check out, because the propose is this fee is to clean the house, but I didn’t receive a clean house, everything was dirty and bad smell. There are tv in the room, but anyone working, the remote control isn’t working, the freezer and microwave are rusty. The silverware was bad condition to use. The owner left the trash in front the house with bad smell, the bedroom has bad small either and the toilet flush did not work. There are insects inside the house, the outside need to do landscaping, the outside gate isn’t working. The was insect came from the pipe hole in the bathroom. I didn’t leave, because I live in the United States and I don’t have any place to go with my family in Brasil, I don’t know the place around, I have a huge family. My booking was too expensive, but I didn’t have comfort, I can’t sleep during the night, there is not AC in the room, it was too hot. The booking.com needs to do something with this owner, because she is cheating and stealing money from their customers. It’s not right! I am very frustrated with this book because I was thinking a have a good time with my family, but it was horrible. The thief stole my phone with the photos I had taken of the problems in the house, the neighborhood is dangerous! The only photo I have was of the microwave because my wife took it from her phone. The microwave is completely rusty and in a bad condition for use.
