- Sally (9/5): Fantastic family house well presented. - Plenty of room for the whole family. A loaded book shelf which I engaged in and read a whole book in one week even with family constraints. Decent location, away from town but an easy 5-10 minute walk with a coffee shop up and around the corner towards the beach. Pool was excellent, outdoor shower great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable and well presented. Tiled floors looked clean but the moment a clean wet foot was placed in the bathroom or inside the door between outside and kitchen, dirty footmarks were left. A decent clean with a well rinsed mop would do wonders. All else was well presented.

It was a little pricey but considering how convenient it was, we really had such a great time. Amazing gym and wellness centre close by, shops and beach within walking distance. A cute little cafe on the same street

The furnishings are trashed as are walls and cleanliness. I was told by the management company the “I can’t expect the house to look like the photos” Furnishings stained and gross Walls damaged and extremely dirty Dirty kitchen Photos miss represented the pool location, it’s very awkward behind the house, you cannot access from main space. Kinda hidden in photos. Attitude of the rental company my response when complaining about the cleanliness and the furnishings was “you can’t expect it to look like the photos”😬

- Done (10/5): Excellent base in Byron - Wonderful home, close to the beach, but in a quiet road. We found the home very beautiful and functional and we had a great time.
- Deb (10/5): Perfect! - Such a beautifully equipped space, perfect for chilling, swimming, low key entertaining of mates. Pool fabulous, beds and rooms comfy as, 2 great bthrms, kitchen and bbq area perfect. So close to town, beach, great coffee. Absolutely perfect.
