- Gail (7/5): Great location - The location & view is great- walk to Kings Beach & cafes. Very quiet even though road is busy at times as the bedrooms are at rear. It's large & furnished well. Kitchen large with all amenities. Main bed comfy. Balcony is lovely. Washer /dryer in 2nd bathroom with bath tub. Ensuite is good size. Couldn't use car park. Only 1.8m high so no good for large vehicles-4WD. Limited street parking & only 4 visitors spots. So prepare for finding parking space in street. Main bedroom air-conditioning didn't work. Fan in 2nd bedroom broken. Single beds uncomfortable. Not suitable for adult.

- Michelle (5/5): This Unit Needs Upgrades! - Layout of unit was pleasant. Back balcony was shaded with breezes (but only early morning). Kitchen was well set out with ample crockery, cutlery & other utensils. Overhead fans worked well. Airconditioned main bedroom was good. The pool was welcoming. Lack of airconditioning made it very uncomfortable. No internet connection was a big minus. Front balcony was excessively hot all day so was accessed very late afternoon & early evening only. Only one fan to service kitchen area, dining area & lounge left a bit to be desired. Main shower was a bit tired - grouting & tiles need updating - shower squeegee was disgusting with perished rubber & black mould! (I have forwarded photos to Caloundra Holiday Centre as part of requested feedback - please access my photos from there as they're no longer available).

- Karen (5/5): Dissatisfied and satisfied - Location It wasn't very clean pool was really tiny and it wasn't what we seen in the picture when we were booking and then it took as a hour & half to get into the accommodation as there was not clear communication to where the key were & then I did find out where the keys in a lock box at the holiday rental office they were not in there anyway and then we had to wait for somebody to come and let us give me the case it took alot of phone calls to get in to the place & on the Tuesday we came back from being out & someone had been inside the place to do heat pump which didn't heat anything the bedroom it was in & I left it cleaner then what was then we finally got in the place toothpaste but all over the tips and both bathrooms crap all over the light switches and food store stuck to the benches in the kitchen
- Mcdonald (4/5): Overpriced and poorly appointed. - The location was fine and walking distance to main part of town/beach. Very old and tired property. Kitchen cabinets in need of repair, somewhat poor standard of cleaning and absolutely no amenities : no sheets, towels, linen, not even tea or coffee, hairdryer. No wifi .

- Gillian (8/5): Good location, older style unit with everything needed for a holiday stay. - good position, well stocked with plates, cups, cookware etc No aircon in the main living area so I had to put the bedroom one on and leave the door open to cool the living area. The lounge suite was comfortable but a bit grubby. Unfortunately during my stay there were renovations being done in the next unit which was noisy and meant there were tradesmen frequently in the driveway.

- Fontyn (9/5): Kokoma is an excellent location for the beach, shops and is great value for its space and facilities - Location was excellent. Facilities were fantastic. Appreciated the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and all the appliances and extras that made it very homely. The bed was massive and very comfortable but we did have to go and buy king sized sheets as we only brought queen sized ones with us. It would have been good to have WIFI but we were happy to forego that if it meant the cheaper rate.

- Matthew (3/5): Nothing to add - Location was good and pool was clean. Only one airconditioner in one bedroom, lights were so economical that it was hard to see and read at night. When we arrived, bedding was piled on a table in the living room.
Parking is difficult with a car any larger than our moderate size suv, no pool lounges or shade except under the Cubana where a table was located.
A box of rubbish was left in the garage on our arrival.
