• Javiera (10/5): Relajo y comodidad - Esta cabaña superó nuestras expectativas, está más o menos a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro de Rapa Nui, pero vale la pena por la comodidad que nos ofrecieron. Petero fue un gran anfitrión, pendiente de nuestro grupo, nos hizo un tour personalizado por la isla y resolvió nuestras necesidades oportunamente. La cabaña estaba bien equipada, el WiFi funcionaba correctamente, nos fueron a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, facilitaron buenos datos. Fuimos tres personas y en general estuvimos muy cómodas. Gracias Petero por hacer que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable! Todo estuvo perfecto!

• marcos (4/5): Decepcionante Bienvenida - La habitación cuenta con necesario para descansar y cocinar EL anfitrión llegó tarde al aeropuerto para recogernos siendo que nos habíamos coordinado con anticipación indicando la hora de llegada; además no nos recibió con el collar de flores, por lo que no esperen la típica bienvenida. La mesa de la terraza tenia suelta una pata y sin tornillos que la afirmaran, por lo que se caía y no se pudo utilizar La ducha estaba rota en el mando donde sale el agua. Sabanas y almohadas con olor humedad
• Jose Manuel (1/5): No arrienden autos acá, pésima experiencia - Las instalaciones cumplen con lo que está en las imágenes No arrienden autos acá!!!. Prestan un servicio de arriendo de autos pero no explican las condiciones del servicio. Me chocaron estacionado, un daño menor estético, el cual informé oportunamente. Me indican que no tienen seguros y que el costo lo debo absorber yo, lo que considero correcto y pido que me hagan una cotización. Envían cotización sin detalles, con un monto completamente elevado a los daños que se produjeron. Al solicitar el detalle de la cotización, solo envían audios del mecánico diciendo que así se cobra y que no tiene el tiempo de hacerlo. Ofrezco otras alternativas para solucionar el choque pero sólo se exige la cancelación total del dinero de la cotización. Se realizan constante hostigamientos para el pago, llamadas y visitas al alojamiento. Finalmente, es una pésima experiencia arrendar autos con ellos, por que si existen este tipo de eventos y es algo que puede pasar allá, termina siendo totalmente desagradable la experiencia.

• Gómez (10/5): Muy bueno - Cabaña muy acogedora, ni tan cerca ni tan lejos del pueblo, como para tener la sensación de que estás alejado. Estas a 10 minutos caminando hacia Ahu Tahai, donde se puede ver el atardecer con los moais y es uno de los pocos lugares de libre ingreso. Recomiendo tomar el tour con ellos, Petero es un conocedor de su cultura y los precios están acordes al mercado, ademas de ser muy amables; ademas es el escultor de las figuras que están en sitio de las cabañas.
• Paula Fernanda (10/5): - Todo estaba impecable, limpio, los utensilios de cocina en perfecto estado, la preocupación en cada detalle tanto la decoración como en detalles de las toallas y la ducha maravillosa. Sin duda las fotos no reflejas la belleza del lugar, superó por mucho mis expectativas. Realmente acogedora para llegar a descansar después de un día de tours En las noches se ven las estrellas y un cielo que no tiene precio. Nadaaaa, todo fue perceto

• Kriss (10/5): I could hire everything through the host. So I could live the vibe of the Rapa Nui. - It was clean, quiet and very good beds. I slept very comfortably. The best part was the host, Petero, who also is a local guide who provided customise services, and shows the finest of the island. I truly recommend to hire his services. Everything was perfect.

• Goldrake (9/5): Accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. MA NON ANDATE A RAPA NUI. - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Struttura molto pulita, con un bel giardino dove i bambini possono giocare, alloggio ampio ed accessoriato. Proprietari estremamente disponibili. Letti comodi. WiFi ottima. Acqua minerale a disposizione. Acqua calda nella doccia perfettamente regolabile. Per noi, il non essere direttamente in paese, ma appena fuori, diciamo a 15/20 minuti di cammino da centro del paese, è stato un punto di forza. Avevamo 2 scooter (2 adulti e 2 bambini) che sono perfetti per muoversi nell'isola. Era la seconda volta che andavamo a Rapa Nui e sapevamo come muoverci. Il proprietario ci ha dato anche il riferimento di un paio di guide per visitare i siti turistici. Quest'aspetto è risultato essere positivo, ma nel box dei punti di debolezza spiego il perchè la nuova gestione dell'isola è un COMPLETO DISASTRO. Ci fossimo informati prima, meglio, NON SAREMMO MAI TORNATI A RAPA NUI con queste nuove disposizioni. Pensate che queste guide segnalate, al primo contatto, ci hanno chiesto 400usd per una visita privata di 4h..poi scese a 250usd quando abbiamo fatto notare l'assoluta incongruenza del prezzo. Dopo un paio di giorni abbiamo scoperto che il prezzo normale è circa 100usd, e così abbiamo fatto. Ma non c'è un elenco di guide, il parco nazionale fa finta di non occuparsene. é terreno per le agenzie private locali, che propongono tour organizzati tutti uguali e velocissimi. Siamo ai "confini" del mondo e si assiste a turismo stile "Rimini" in Italia o "Costa Brava" in Spagna... La casa è perfettamente coerente rispetto al prezzo pagato. Forse un sistema di riscaldamento nella stagione di luglio/agosto sarebbe utile, soprattutto se, come noi, si hanno bambini che tutto il giorno stanno al vento e diciamo non a temperature estive (ma a Rapa Nui non fa mai freddo). Purtroppo il vero punto di debolezza è proprio Rapa Nui per com'è gestita oggi. Una visione MIOPE, DA TURISMO "SOCIAL MEDIA", COMPLETAMENTE DISORGANIZZATA, CON PREZZI ELEVATISSIMI E PER NULLA COERENTI RISPETTO AI CONTENUTI. 20 anni fa, i parchi dei siti turistici, erano gestiti dal Cile. E tutto funzionava a meraviglia. L'isola era "misteriosa" e felicissima. I turisti non arrecavano danni di nessun tipo. Pochi anni fa, a seguito di scellerate rivendicazioni locali, i parchi sono stati dati in mano alla popolazione locale, che ha DISTRUTTO ogni possibilità di vivere l'isola per quello che è. Da un paio di anni i prezzi sono saliti alle stelle perchè per visitare i siti turistici è obbligatoria una guida. Ma l'ente che gestisce il parco non ha guide formate ufficialmente e locali, ma la disorganizzazione regna sovrana. Per una visita di mezza giornata (4h....) ci siamo sentiti chiedere da 100usd (il prezzo vero!) a 450usd. Tutti ci provano! se chiedi una guida solo per visitare i siti, trovandoti autonomamente all'ingresso, ti senti rispondere che occorre un sovrapprezzo, perchè le guide pretendono di essere anche trasportate. Le competenze sono bassissime e ripetono sempre le medesime informazioni. SONO INUTILI. Ne consegue che il 95% dei turisti partecipi a tour organizzati che si fermano poche decine di minuti in ciascun sito. Facendo diventare la visita da un'esperienza autentica e misteriosa (come 20 anni fa) ad un mordi e fuggi stile Turismo social media. Una VERGOGNA.
• Navarro (5/5): No nos respetaron - Me gusto la tranquilidad del lugar ya que se encuentra alejado del centro, es un espacio cómodo si quieres estar con tu pareja o familia. En primer lugar, Petero quien es el anfitrión, no fue puntual al momento de ir a buscarnos al aeropuerto, luego una vez instalados en la cabaña, nos dijo que llevaría agua potable, la cual si no le recuerdo al día siguiente, nunca hubiera llegado y por último, lo más incómodo, fue que el día del check out, nos empezó a molestar desde super temprano para salir de la cabaña 2 horas antes, porque irían a hacer aseo, ya que llegaban nuevos arrendatarios, lo que generó un momento bastante incómodo, ya que no se respetaron los horarios de salida, ni siquiera alcanzamos a tomar desayuno. Nos fuimos un poco decepcionados porque revisamos bien la puntuación y comentarios, donde destacan su preocupación, atención y buena disposición, cosa que jamás vimos junto a mi pareja.

Семь это ещё с авансом, потому что для начала нас не встретили вовремя в аэропорту и мы стояли как идиоты смотря по сторонам в поисках нашего встречающего, хотя заранее обговорили и номер рейса, и время прибытия. Конечно ни о каких приветственных венках у него тоже речь не шла и это было самое обидное, глядя на то как все без исключения пассажиры получали цветы и разъезжались. Мне самому всё равно, но моя девушка полностью разочаровалась Далее Никакой посудомоечной машины и тостера как указано на booking.com нет и в помине. Я не понимаю почему тут пишут, что хозяин организовал кому-то экскурсии и аренду машины. Ни слова об этом. Нас он просто высадил у офиса продаж билетов и сказал, что все тут сами ищите Если бы в отзывах не было бы про это написано, мы бы подготовили все экскурсии заранее. В общем коммуникации очень тугие с ним. Не рекомендуем, чтобы не портить впечатление от этого чудесного острова.

• Romina (10/5): Todo excelente! - Excelente la cabaña, la cocina con todo lo necesario, el baño amplio, la cama muy cómoda. Todo limpio y agradable. El wifi funcionaba super y la ubicación era muy buena para estar tranquilos. Hicimos los tours con los anfitriones y fueron maravillosos, el manejo de la información era de primera. Y arrendamos el vehículo con ellos también y todo bien. Volveríamos a ir y a recomendar las cabañas Kainga.
• Camila Alejandra (10/5): - Muy recomendable, la cabaña contaba con todo lo necesario, cálida y con una vista hermosa, si bien no está cerca del centro, con moto o auto en 5 minutos se llegaba a todos lados, además sus alrededores hermosos, tiene un patio amplio con decoraciones talladas, sobre el Internet la conexión no siempre es estable pero eso pasa en toda la isla, encantados con nuestra estancia, volveremos a ir!!
• Lisboa Silva (10/5): - La cama estaba muy cómoda, para mi gusto tenía lo necesario, debo mencionar que sólo tomamos desayunos y onces en la cabaña, pero se se quiere cocinar hay implemento, el agua de la ducha súper bien y Petero nos dejó un bidón de Agua para beber, solo faltaría un reloj mural para no andar tan perdido con la hora Estaba un poco alejado del centro pero si te gusta caminar no sería un problema.

• Magnus (9/5): Very good for the price - Welcoming and understanding owner. Quiet place with a good little gathering of cabins. Most of the facilities you would need are there, though some could need an upgrade. For example, the internet could use a starlink upgrade as the entel wifi was not exactly fast. One great thing about the stay was being able to rent the car there, we did so for our whole stay, wonderful little car for cheaper then it would have been otherwise. With no stress added, it was great. Also, Petero was amazing, fixing our pickup from and delivery to the airport! All in all, we had a good experience there. The floors look clean but aren't. If you walk on the floor barefooted or with white socks, they become black. A propper grill would be nice, too, but not necessarily. Other than this, just small bits and pieces that I'm sure will come naturally as they learn and develop more. Note that we stayed in cabin 1 I think, closest to the road, I don't know if the other ones share the same good and bad points.

He helped us with a rental car - good to have, because the property is some distance out of town. Comes with a kitchen, so you can shop for and prepare you're own meals, if you like.

The quiet, spacious house had everything we needed with a 3 year old. The beds were really comfortable and we also enjoyed the hot shower. Petero and Moana were also really kind, caring, friendly, and we enjoyed meeting them. We hope to be back in beautiful Easter Island and their home someday. -

• Anne (10/5): A very nice house - We spent six nights in this nice, practical house, and for us this was the perfect place to stay on the island. A little outside the village, made it an quiet accomodation. The house cosist of three rooms. Diningroom and kitchen. Here is all you need to do easy cooking. Bathroom is nice and practical. Sleepingroom with very comfortable bed. The hostess, Moana, was very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. They both picked up when we arrived, and brought us the the airport when we left. We can highly recommened Cabanas Kainga.
