No help with getting any child equipment like cribs etc
No real help, just a token phone number which tell you everything is to hard to organise

Underfloor heating wonderful. Perfect for our family stay. The power points in the kitchen tripped if more than one appliance was going at a time.
- Simon (9/5): Perfect settting for family stay in Whistler. - excellent location - very close to Blackcomb mountain for ski lifts & ski school, short walk to Whistler village for shops, restaurants & ski lifts. Staying there for 2 weeks it would have been nice to have a cleaning service.
