- Adorni (6/5): Decepcionante, pra mim está muito longe de uma nota 10, diria em torno de 6 - Da localização, muito boa, perto de tudo Do estado de conservação do imóvel, bolor nos quartos, esquadrias de madeiras sem manutenção adequadas, algumas com muitas dificuldades em abrir, alguns dos colchões de péssima qualidade, travesseiros muito velhos e encardidos, TV sem funcionar e da limpeza precária do imóvel como um todo. A casa é muito bem localizada, mas a proprietária deveria melhorar a sua manutenção.
- Naves (4/5): Cheiro de mofo e ausência de Wi-Fi - Proximidade com a igreja. A casa apresenta muito mofo, provocando incômodo respiratório. Não tem Wi-Fi, embora na descrição da casa informa que há.
