Martin (3/5): A lovely stay spoilt by a lack of facilities ( ie Lift ) to service a 5th floor unit. They shouldn’t have taken our book - Wonderful views from the top floor Accomodation Agency didn’t disclose to us in any of the correspondence that the lift was out of service requiring us to walk up 10 flights of stairs-69 steps to reach our unit-not impressed- particular when they claimed that they know nothing about the lift being our service even though it was mentioned on their website. As we had booked through Bookings.com none of this information was provided to us. We loved the unit and will stay there again but the Accommodation Agency who manage the bookings of the unit on behalf of the owners needs to lift its game!
