• Jacob (5/5): It's ok to stay - The price was reasonable The dinning chair and table was so uncomfortable and small their was no sugar in kitchen coffee maker was not working bed sheets and pillows cover was not cleaned and bed was uncomfortable no furniture to keep luggage or baggage
• Taimur (1/5): - Rude owner i had a family emergency and right after booking i asked if it was okay to rebook or refund and they weren't even willing to listen. I asked if it can be reschuled and the owner told me booking.com doesnt allow that which wasn't true as Booking.com told me they allow that and it's at the owner's discretion. Wouldn't recommend this at all

• Laura Dalrymple (10/5): always a pleasure with onpoint - easy check in, comfortable clean place, nice newly renovated unit with priivate bathroom with a great shower nice central location, private suite, kitchenette and very responsive hosts. would stay here again.

• Dziyana (7/5): - - Great location, 5 minutes away on foot from downtown. - We saw squirrels and bunnies around the property. - The room itself is spacious, quite comfortable to sleep in (if you have quiet neighbors). - The common kitchen area was always dirty. One of our neighbors just left half-eaten food to rot at the counter each day of our stay. The smell was disgusting, we couldn't use the kitchen because of it. - Extremely loud neighbors. They were shouting at each other all night long, couldn't fall asleep. - False fire alarm went off waking us up at 1:30am.

• Melissa (2/5): - The water pressure and hot water was nice. When we arrived the door to our room was left open. There were crumbs on the fridge, there were crumbs on the bed on top of and underneath the duvet. The duvet looked like someone had say on it so we moved it back and upon doing so the sheets looked like they had been laid in. You could clearly see 2 body imprints. Not to mention the stains on the pillow case that resembled bodily fluids. That we could scrap off with our finger nail. As well there was a large sticky spot on the floor right beside the bed. Needless to say we did not stay here. We got back after our concert and drove home. I have never been so disappointed in a place i have stayed till now.

Had a practical kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker with pods. Appreciated the available dishes and utensils. Would definitely stay there again.

Very peaceful, beautiful and comfortable This is only constructive criticism as we appreciated the apartment: The glass table of the living room is hard to see and we hit it a few time with our legs. Doors are squeaking horribly, waking up my partner. Shower door is not adapted for tall people over 5’10”. I bumped my head coming out of the shower. Lack of surface everywhere to put our luggage, no room in the bathroom to put our things. Just a bench, desk and a few shelves would suffice.

• Cornelis (10/5): All I can say... wow! Beautifully renovated! - Old home beautifully renovated into multiple residential units, ours consisted of a bedroom, living room and bathroom. We shared the well-equipped kitchen area with one other unit. Our unit was modern, cozy, and luxurious.

• Adam (8/5): Good apartment, needed more pillows - The apartment was large, with good seating areas both by the TV and a dining table. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The apartment is central and the main street is easy to walk down to. The area it is in was quiet and was the apartment was good value. Would recommend for people to stay here. The pillows were quite small and there were only two of them (i.e. one each). We asked if we could get some more but weren't able to. The decor was a little sparse (no cupboard in bedroom, no shelves in bathroom), although that made the apartment spacious.

• Michel (9/5): Kitchener Heritage Home - Very relaxing environment, nice area of town. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The entry is awesome. You'll understand lol. And the Beds are amazing. I have a terrible back. Weve bought 3 mattresses in the last 3 yrs.. Been in pain longer than I can remember. Wake up sore everyday. Except the 3 days I woke up here. I'd go back just for a good night sleep. I'll definitely be back when I head that way. Thank You The only things I recommend is safety locks for the balcony doors, for children, and a few more dishes "bowls" etc.

• Karen (10/5): overall, we had a good stay. It was a nice house and a great price! - I liked that it was so homey. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. what I didn’t like was, there was six people and you only left three towels, and three washcloths. There was no dish rag. There were no extra garbage bags once we filled up one we ended up taking garbage with us because there was no place to throw it. The sidewalk wasn’t cleaned or salted and I slipped and fell, hurting my back. After that, my son and husband kept it clean.

Only downside to this place was the big opening at the stairs. We have a 1 year old and we needed something to protect her from the stairs.

• Koert (8/5): Very good - 3 separate bedrooms, private parking, modern apartment, clean and comfortable. not enough cutlery for 6 people, no eating table in the communal space where everybody can be seated (only a small bar table suitable for 4 people having a drink), only 3 towels provided but dealt with after calling the host, could use another shower room since there are 3 bedrooms
